Counterpoint: Indiana didn't need ref help tonight and they didn't get it. They straight up whipped OKC's ass. And despite whatever "extending" you believe in Indiana has no one to blame but themselves for losing G4.
The NBA may put their finger on the scale - but at the end of the day you have to play basketball. That's how it's always been. There's a reason San Antonio has 5 titles - because if you're good enough the league can't really do anything about it.
Also - Indy has been in every game this series. OKC beat Denver by 43 in G2. Where is that result so far? Tonight was the biggest ass-beating of the series. Indiana is a better team than the Nuggets or the Timberwolves and if they lose G7 it will be because OKC is better - not because the NBA wants to gift OKC the trophy.

On another note - I will agree that they are very obviously, forcefully, trying to push SGA as some next-gen superstar and it's one of the most hilariously tonedeaf things I've seen. I think you could replace him with like 10 guys from the past 20 years and OKC would be just as good.
He's obviously a phenomenal player but he isn't cool, he doesn't have any personality, and he plays like a fucking bitch. At least Harden was like - fucking strippers and not giving a shit and growing his beard out. I don't understand why they want this guy to be the next face of the league.
Hopefully he and OKC faceplant on Sunday but I'm not counting on it.
