Looks like it?  I think it's the old ACOC.  So you have a magnification factor at extremely close range and a POI off by at least 4 inches (your mom).  That's a standoff option, not something you charge into a store with.  Dumb. and seems a clear indication of a serious lack of training.

That's weird to say the least. That's the type of optic I would use to shoot a hog in my backyard area, not for close quarters.  Obviously a handgun would've been far more appropriate and better yet a a taser or other nonlethal weapon. Cops are dumb

Much worse than this.  See that 4x ACOC on that old battle rifle (M16A1)?  Mounted above the handle.  The POI on that from a few feet away is got to be  4+ inches, given the shot distance.  So you have a full size rifle with an optic with poor eye relief and is hard to quickly acquire (ocular lens).....is about the worst option for urban LEOs I can think of?  Then with such a fast time coming up on target and the shots, debatable he even acquired the target.  They're responsible for every round fired.  Period.

A fixed 4X scope was used?

you're using > 50% fg% as your standard for all-star level play tho? my first inclination is looking at pts/rebounds/stls/blocks and +/- and i still think that's simplistic.

Again all I'm trying to say is that in my opinion KP has played about 10 games this year that were All Star level....not 30+. Porzingis has had more games with a fg% in the lower 30's than at 50% or more. He is the epitome of inconsistent and I think saying his season in total has been at an All Star level is way off the mark. That said, I hope he keeps playing like he has been of late.

Height in the nba used to imply average shot distance. Not anymore and for sure not with kp. Most of his shots are 10-25 ft out, like a guard.

Well 50% shooting is still a good general metric for any player and bigs get the benefit of lobs, and easy put back dunks/follow ups that others do not. I still don't think that KP has played anywhere near an all star level thus far into the season, and I'm a KP fan. I like what he has done lately and I think he is the key to our success this season. If he can stay healthy and contribute on both ends like he is capable of, this team could make some noise in the playoffs. A big if I know

i disagree that he's only played 10 games at an AS level.  here are his season stats.  starting nov 6 (his first game back from the injury) he's been really good.  and it's not only on offense, he's changing the game defensively too.

10 games where he shot 50% fg or better. At 7'3" I wouldn't call that great

Golden State is nice but I have major concerns about them in the playoffs. This game sort of reinforces that. Curry has 5 points with time dwindling in the 3rd quarter. He's a generational talent but at this point he's the 3rd best player in the league at best and that's sort of a concern when you're trying to win a title.

Maybe GS can put it all together as a team to overcome that but history is against them. Granted injuries happen and the playoff landscape may be totally transformed by the time we get to the later rounds.

Having the "3rd best player in the league is a concern"? Ok I'm not sure about that or what you have been watching, but the Warriors are dominating teams and are not even at full strength.  Last night they almost overcame an unbelievably bad shooting night by the team and Curry to comeback against the Nuggets without Draymond. The Warriors have some really good young players and  not only have a great offense, but are no. 1 in the NBA in team defense. We are far enough into the season to have a good sample size to see that they are the team to beat in the West, especially with Klay coming back at some point this season .

I don't know details about ammunition, but I assume this refers to the size and velocity of a round that easily sails through a body and a wall to enter another body with fatal force.

I couldn't agree more about about the choice of projectile. That rifle shouldn't be pulled if there is not already a firefight in the open. Think Heat.

I'm sure the protests and law suits and money grabs and police denials and violence advocacy to follow will be nauseating from just about every angle, but man; a 14 year old girl was trying on a dress and her life ended needlessly in an instant. A mother goes from hugging her daughter to hugging her daughter's corpse.

That's truly a horrible nightmare. In that little room, worlds were shattered. There is such a thin veneer of order stretched over waiting chaos. I discovered that during the LA riots of 92. I've never forgotten it.

Agree. An AR-15 should have never been used indoors like this. Cop was channeling his inner Call of Duty instincts and was imagining he was in the middle of a Somali war zone I guess. What a fucking idiot and he should be tried for the murder of that little girl.

I love how broken brained the Republicans are about this shit. The failed cop loser didn't get criticized for criticizing Biden. He got criticized for telling Biden to fuck himself while Biden was trying to wish his kid merry Christmas. And they can't handle that Biden didn't take the bait, because he's not mentally and emotionally a child, so his refusal to take the bait must mean that he was too senile to understand the insult.

It's all so revealing about just how emotionally stunted these losers all are.

Lmao Biden didn't take rhe bait because he probably didn't understand he was being insulted due to his mental disease

Vigilantism isn’t a laughing matter, Slorch. Neither is arson and destruction. Why are either applauded and the source of mirth?

@immortal13, I have read reports of the trial, and the events being litigated. However, I haven’t seen footage of the events leading up to the initial murder. I don’t dispute that KR was attacked and hit in the head with a skateboard. Given the audio, and my take on KR’s state of mind, I came to my own conclusions. You’ve come to your’s. Be more confident in yourself. Use words and facts.

None of this is merely a matter of opinion. The court system ruled in favor of KR due to the supporting facts and testimony that he was not the instigator of the incident. But you can come to whatever delusional conclusions you want regardless of what the silly little facts say. It's what you do best.

The Madden coverage tonight is great. “If you’re a phony, you won’t last long,” Madden said.

Self defense in a fight you instigate is phony, and, hopefully, current laws won’t last long.

Brandishing a firearm at a protest is intimidation, and an instigation. I can’t square the right’s position with the ideals of this country.

You are one delusional left winger. KR did not instigate the altercation. Your hero Pedo Rosenbaum did. Did you watch any of the trial or read up on the facts? You seem very confused or maybe just stupid?

% children living below the poverty level:  14.4%

% adults (18-64) living below the poverty level:  9.4%

% adults (65-older) living below the poverty level:  8.9%

I suppose this could be construed by seed and his buddies that 1/3 of those children eventually pull themselves up by their bootstraps and get out of poverty.  Yay.

Lesson:  Republicans don't give a flying fuck about children living in poverty.  They care about controlling women and dark people.  This includes every single one of our resident conservative trolls, including @workswithseed, @Johnny Sack, @immortal13 and the rest of them.  Fuck every single one of you, and Happy Fucking New Year, assholes.  Oh, wait.  Strike that.  I hope you meet with severe  misfortune so you can finally see just how fucked up your world view is.  Is that wrong?  I don't think that's wrong.

I guess I'm living rent free in your tiny brain, as I haven't ever posted on this thread. You should get a hobby or something

There is a video of GG running behind KR trying to ask him what happened and KR didn't respond. That was prior to the second shooting. GG had the drop on him then and could've shot him had that been his intention. He didn't draw until after the second volley of shots. Like I said, these guys thought they were the ones doing the right thing. You guys trying to paint them as attackers are way off base. The first shooting is the judgement, the rest is both sides trying to do what they thought was right.

Sorry bud gotta stop you. In actual court, GG and KR both provided testimony that they DID speak to each other concerning KR claim that he was immediately going to the police.  Again, those are the facts. GG did not believe that KR was an active shooter but was simply a false narrative that he tried to perpetuate to cover himself and try to prevent his civil lawsuit from falling apart.

No, you seem super sensitive about Biden's mental health. Triggered.

I'm just pointing it out bro, but yeah I'm concerned that the leader of the free world has the mental capacity of a 10 year old, if that. The guy rambles incoherently about kids rubbing his sun-bleached leg hairs in the pool....what a weirdo. He has zero chance to make it to the end of his term, so I'm curious how do you think Kamala will do in her replacement of him? And what are her chances for re-election?

I said Kyle illegally purchased the gun, which he did.

Grosskruetz carried the gun because he believes in the 2A. If Kyle had indeed been an active shooter and Grosskruetz took him down, then you would be claiming that he was a "good guy with a gun."

That's actually what Grosskruetz was that night.

    "aggravated assault of a minor"

So should everyone who tries to stop a school shooter then because clearly they have more context that a minor is the one doing the shooting and killing.

Number one, KR didn't purchase the gun.

Number two, GG was never a "good guy." He was illegally carrying a handgun and also (as came out in court) had a tear gas cannister on him. So it doesn't look like GG was simply there to be a good American and save the day. And your hypothetical school shooting analogy is so asinine it isn't worth responding to.
