CFP National Championship Game: #1 Georgia vs #3 TCU.
Well I remember the shock the world tour as well as the magical 1977 season with parades on the drag following a 5-5-1 year. Yeah, I remember those two Cotton Bowls also. Don't know what non-Longhorns remember.

CFP National Championship Game: #1 Georgia vs #3 TCU.
SEC is going to be better, but over the last 10 years, the Big 12 is usually the #2 conference even without the NFL talent. In 2021, the Pac 12 wasn't even the 5th best conference.

CFP National Championship Game: #1 Georgia vs #3 TCU.
I know kids who got into Cornell, Georgia Tech and Florida who got wait listed at Georgia. One who got into Tulane who got rejected by Georgia. Its become really difficult to get into, especially if you went to a good HS. Their Ag school is their best program and they are having trouble getting students they want because admission is done overall. UGA used to import Texas students. They would recruit in Texas in the 90s and early 00s. One sorority was known as the "Texas" sorority. But now, Georgia is exporting students to Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi.

Yeah, but I still wasn't terribly disappointed that we weren't there to be bitch slapped.

CFP National Championship Game: #1 Georgia vs #3 TCU.
Kirby did a great job preparing for this game. Every play on offense worked pretty much the entire first half. They did a lot of different things. And they mostly shut TCU down on defense.

He accounted for himself well except for the 5 turnovers he personally committed.

Realignment talk not going away
Yes. I would think the R8 would want as much Texas and OU as they could. There are 14 teams and 9 games, so that means you skip 4 of the other 13. I'm guessing OU and UT skip 2 of the new 4.

roach (-13.5) v. uga
Top 11 in 2023 247 Texas HS recruiting-UT/OU/aggy + 1 Alabama and 1 USC. TCU does have two of the 2nd 10, but nobody else until #48. Top 24 in 2022-UT/OU/aggy 18 of the 24. CFP national champs (LSU/UGA/AL/Ohio St./Clemson) had the other 6. TCU's top was #26.

Tell Me About Texas a&m
Well unlike the basketball team, he remembered his shirt!

Tell Me About Texas a&m
They have a 12th man, not a 6th. Nobody to sacrifice and run back to the hotel to get their clothes.

UGA vs Ohio State, First Round, Dec. 31
All you have to do is to read this board to see a school that got more hit by inconsistent calls on targeting.
-
UGA vs Ohio State, First Round, Dec. 31
Wrong. Its to fix errors of any sort. You just don't like that it fixed an error made in favor of your team. It was a critical spot, so it should have been gotten right. However, replay does impinge on the game at times.

roach (-13.5) v. uga
Well when they didn't know any UT fans were around, the other SWC schools would say it is aggy they really hate.
-
roach (-13.5) v. uga
TCU doesn't really compete with us. They mostly get players Texas, OU, aggy and outside powers don't get.

UGA vs Ohio State, First Round, Dec. 31
1. Texas vs. USC 2. UGA making Baker Mayfield cry in 2OT in Rose 3. UGA-Ohio St. 4. Nebraska-OU 71. All 4 were like that first Leonard-Hearns fight, back and forth.

UGA vs Ohio State, First Round, Dec. 31
They needed a TD. Their hurry-up was keeping the D off balance. This wasn't like being 2 down and needing a FG.

Pretty bad take here.

The Undercard: Fiesta Bowl: Michigan Vs TCU
They should have had a shot in 2010 and 2014.

The Undercard: Fiesta Bowl: Michigan Vs TCU
Yes, I married one of them. And calmly listened to all her trash talk before the 2019 Sugar Bowl. Walking around New Orleans that year I saw at least 3 other couples with Longhorn guys and Bulldawg girls.

The Undercard: Fiesta Bowl: Michigan Vs TCU
Michigan owns the Big 10 referee crew. No team in the country gets more breaks. So no complaints if something doesn't go their way.

Orange Bowl Tennessee vs Clemson 7pm ESPN
Dabo and his QB had a little too much fun on South Beach. Both of them just out of it with bone-headed decisions. Delay of games, too many men on the field, passing into coverage, running with no timeouts, blowing 20 seconds before calling a timeout.

Alamo Bowl: Texas vs. Washington - 8pm on ESPN
He is enough of a threat to provide room for the other receivers, if we would just use them.
-
Alamo Bowl: Texas vs. Washington - 8pm on ESPN
Yes. It was Kwame. He just couldn't hold the ball the first year as a receiver.

Alamo Bowl: Texas vs. Washington - 8pm on ESPN
Players CAN improve on catching the ball. Mackovic converted one player in the 90s, can't think of his name right now, from defense to WR. He had a lot of trouble catching the first season. Think he was 2nd team all big 12 the 2nd season.
