Mateer threw 4 balls last night that should have been picked (1 was). His decision making is questionable. That deep slant where the WR had 2 yards of separation and the CB was behind him and mateer threw the ball on a line right at the CB is a prime example. If he had some touch and lofted it up more that probably wouldve been a TD but he looked like he just locked in and threw the route like he normally would when practicing against air. He tries to force things that aren’t there. This Michigan defense is not good and still living off the reputation of 2 years ago when none of those guys are still there (and they’re not cheating anymore.) I mean, OU only scored 7 more points against them than New Mexico did the week before, and NM was on the road in the big house. OUs running game was actually nonexistent outside of battering Ram mode mateer.
don’t even need to talk about the god awful offense Michigan showed but there was no fire power out there, coaching or players.
