  1. I was being a smartass. Cedar Park has never come up in any conversation I’ve ever had in my life.
  2. I can't tell you how many times this myth about Cedar Park has come up in conversations.
  3. Looks like they invested in a steadicam. Props.
  4. Don't need any beef. Clemson put 44 points on 'Bama. Passing game wins championships
  5. This sucks. I’m physically incapable of worrying about recruiting after the past two years, but I really want to participate.
  6. Troll with a lighter touch and you’ll be able string it out longer.
  7. Not too slammed to pat yourself on the back.
  8. It's so frustrating out recruiting Jimbo while he's recruiting circles around us.
  9. He's a complex guy. It's not about him. It's about football philosophy in abstract.
  10. I’d rather a kid like us the most than not like us the most.
  11. Which candidates embrace the 3-point revolution?
  12. Huge blow to the future of the program.
  13. So would you say the glass is half full in regards to their OL recruiting?
  14. Whenever I watch the combine, my first thought is always that 90% of college football players lie about how fast they are.
  15. Yeah, that quote was a nothing-burger. He's probably committed to trying to win the backup spot. Let's see how things play out if he doesn't.
  16. From this article: https://www.thestate.com/sports/college/acc/clemson-university/article226752289.html I wonder if a good grad transfer RB, like Feaster, shakes loose this summer if he doesn't win the backup role in spring football. I would gladly snag Clemson's third stringer. HOW WILL THE RUNNING BACK ROTATION PLAY OUT? Clemson has a clear-cut No. 1 back in Heisman candidate Travis Etienne, but the Tigers should have an intense battle for the backup job. Tavien Feaster and Lyn-J Dixon were both in the running back rotation in 2018 and will battle for the backup job in 2019. Feaster, a rising senior, said during the College Football Playoff that he might transfer during the offseason, but he appears poised to finish out his career with the Tigers. Dixon led Clemson in yards per carry at 8.8 last year, compiling 547 yards on 62 carries. With an offseason under his belt, Dixon should go toe-to-toe with Feaster for the backup job this season.
  17. You guys are delusional. We’re not getting Bru.
  18. Jimbo taught Dalvin Cook everything he knows.
  19. I understand that. My thought is if he's ever tried to compete against S&P, on a micro level, using better inputs.
  20. I would be curious if he has more accurately predicted Missouri's performance in the past seeing as how familiar he is with their personnel and recruiting.
  21. I think this the big thing for me. How good the players are is like the most important thing in sports. If you can't do that really accurately, you're going to have some big misses. It's like trying to do an NBA model where the teams only play 14 games and there is no standard level of play from year to year to compare performance. If someone like Connelly could do that, then his name would be HaralaBill Connelly and he'd be working in a front office.
  22. It's so great because of how terribly wrong you were while simultaneously exposing your deepest sports insecurities. It's almost like you've caused all of our good fortune since that night.* *(Big 12 Championship Game excluded because that sucked)
  23. I guess it's all about expectations because that doesn't seem like a terrible outcome for next year, especially if one of our wins is LSU, OU, or a good bowl opponent. I think recruiting keeps humming along in that scenario.
