Sooooooo lets say someone invested in stocks that fell way down from their 3to5 year average around when covid hit. Now that investment is 4x+. What would the Surly money lords do? hold? sell and let capital gains fuck them? Don't "need" the money currently , but damn don;t know what to do

don't know shit so maybe listen to the opposite, but there's the phrase "sell in may and go away".  based on historical yearly averages or some such? most of your portfolio looks to be long term investments and if you don't need the money, then maybe hold with it.  i think it's more difficult to time the dips with long term plays but i'm a noob.

  2. Has there been a discussion about weight differences from the newly posted roster compared to 2020's.  Normally, an article gets posted but perhaps it's too early for that.  After a brief look, here's what I've found:

    • Almost all skill positions are down a few pounds, aside from the Safeties: J. Thompson, BJ Foster, and Schooler.  May be missing a few.
    • Even Josh Moore managed to lose a few pounds.
    • Angilau previously listed at 294, now at 316
    • T. Johnson previously listed at 300, now at 324
    • Dorbah still pretty light to play edge
    • T'Vondre Sweat down 8 pounds
    • Snacks still doing snacks

I think his highest and best use would be as a pass rushing specialist playing around 215 pounds. Like that guy OU used to have.

He is not a good safety.  Bring him in on passing downs and let him get after the QB.  He has some talent for that.  And he hits like a Mack truck.

    Eric Striker?

    Cc: Seattle Seahawks

That’s a good counter point. I don’t follow much NFL but it seems them having Adams as their best pass rusher was not ideal.

Defensive coordinator Ken Norton Jr. made no secret of the fact that all that blitzing was done out of necessity as Seattle's front four wasn’t getting enough pressure on its own”

Nice. I have some MSOS. I’ll look into the others you listed AZFL is another OTC weed stock. They have facilities in Florida and massive connections in Mexico, which just legalized weed nationwide. They’re in the process of updating filings and becoming pink current so still a bit of a gamble.  The stock has run the last few days so might have to be patient on an entry point, but it has a lot of potential.

Curlf and CRLBF should be good long term.

I’m really interest in warrants. CRLWF is a warrant for CRLBF.  Problem is, I can’t seem to find the ducking strike price for CRLWF. It’s Canadian, CL.WT, equivalent has a has a really good looking strike. https://thecse.com/en/listings/life-sciences/cresco-labs-inc-warrants-subordinate-voting-share

    This guy has me convinced:

  6. Thinking about getting into some weed warrant stocks. As I understand, a warrant is similar to a call option with a longer expiry. Some longer than a year. As a long term investment, this could be very promising.

So you guys have all actually taken the bait again and let this thread devolve into another discussion about the old S&C guy versus the new S&C guy? At first, I thought I was reading a bit. Nope, just normally okay posters being absolute dipshits.

Not much difference than discussing the old coaches vs the new. It’s a valid discussion.

    absolutely.

Which part, Rafiti cant snap the ball (which we all know) or the part about it not being important?

Snapping the football can be easily corrected with snaps. Playing center entails a lot more than that though.

like young black kids glorifying gang banger life? do they have spanish rappers rapping about separating people's body parts and shit? if not, they need to. that would complete the glorification into pop culture.

They do glorify the gangster lifestyle, but I’m not sure to what extent.  The story of El Pirata comes to mind.
