  1. No fugly shit. F90 all day.
  2. I went to sleep and woke up to it now identifying as an M5 It’s apparently auto fluid
  3. Muy feo
  4. Agree 100%. Completely different vibes. Both are worth the stop.
  5. Though Barton makes great bourbon. Just not the same experience as Bardstown.
  6. I said Barton. And I meant to type Bardstown.
  7. Agreed. Some honey barrels there. Nashville is becoming a decent bourbon draw away from the KY “trail”
  8. They ship through a third party. But I don’t see anything up there now I’d hit up. They have tons in their tasting room though.
  9. Damn I love the stuff. Looks crushable.
  10. I’m a huge NBC homer, but if you can swing a Nashville stop, it’s worthwhile to hit them up. And Nashville night life and food is next level fun and quality.
  11. To add color: four roses - skip (nothing worth a shit on tasting menu) HH - do if only for the allocated bottle (you do bourbon or connoisseur depending on what you are after) Barton - I would do as it’s a very cool setup and bar is great with lots of options to taste BT - likely do, as historical and pick which one interests you most all end in same tasting of their mainstream offerings whiskey thief - kinda cool off the run experience with barrel tasting. If you want unique, this is it Preservation - skip willett - do it right before your reservation at bar Willett Jack Ruby steakhouse - highly recommend this stop in Lexington. And be sure to try their exclusive 16 year Boone county MGP pick if there is any left
  12. That egg salad sandwich haunts me in my sleep
  13. You will want to spend a great deal of time (and money) at Bar Willett. Carve out plenty there, make it your last stop (trust me on this) and be sure to book a reservation there. You won’t find anything close to this in KY. Even close.
  14. Most of them truly suck is the answer. And once you’ve done one, youve done enough. key is to focus on the tastings/experiences. HH will let you select a nice bottle on certain “tours”. Willett may be worthwhile. BT for the history (and be selective, not all tours there are equal).
  15. Double cut glazed pork chops. Were so damn big at about a pound each that we had to split.
  16. How does it taste at 64 years old?
  17. One year without a truck was too long. I’m back. And figured, fuck it. I can’t take it with me so might as well enjoy it.
  18. “Avocados from California” isn’t as nice a jingle but it’ll do.
  19. The Great Guacamole and Poutine War of 2025
  20. My wife buys the weirdest and most un-user friendly shit
  21. I do love braising. Short ribs and Osso buco are always solid.
  22. I’m on a four legger Eagles/over/Bills/under

I always stay at Grosvenor for business. Love it. Well, except for the half shower glass and wet ass floors after a shower. So dumb.
  24. Love the Cottonwood. Really solid small town eatery.
  25. I expect this thread will see some snow day action tonight. Whatcha got?
