  1. I hope bourbon crashes and I can get better bourbon for less money. I miss the days of picking a Michters 20 year and Vintage 21 rye off the shelf because nobody wanted it.

  4. Do you normally devein 10 lbs of shrimp for a boil? I sure as hell don’t. And what you think is edible vein is actually dill.
  5. H-E-B is $25/lb for ribs. Online Costco says $36/lb. Is it cheaper in the store?
  6. Celery, bell pepper, green onion, dill, Duke’s, lemon/lime juice (I like the bottled key lime in a pinch) and S&P. family devoured it as they always do.

  10. Every one of those is a different batch and they vary quite widely despite their efforts to control the variation. Have had some great and some terrible. Most have been average. Best one I had was at Willett. I’m sure that’s not an accident.
