  1. Back in a Porsche. But for the first time a mid engine 718. So much fun to drive and can see why these are so enjoyed on the track vs the rear bias 911.
  2. Property tax services are a joke. They employ a volume strategy. Don’t for a second think they care about your house/contest. They just want a ton of contests to make a few bucks on each and call it a win.
  3. I’m fucking back. Hope this lasts more than three months.
  4. Good on ya. Just hit the one month mark and have to say, I think I’m through it. Just like you, my 13 yo daughter found a can in my bag (she was looking for my keys at my request) and she started crying. Sad it took that jolt, but it worked. best of luck to all trying to quit this filthy shit
  5. I must suck at searching as I can’t find a single thread on this (legacy shaggy). In any event, short story. Quit four weeks ago for the second time. Had been off the shit for two years before a four year relapse. I’m done for good now - I pray. For those who struggle, I feel you. This shit has to stop. I want to see my grandkids. And smile in pictures.
  6. No breaks for THEM he meant.
  7. I traded it in for the TRX.
  8. Too soon? Haha. Guess it’s my Jeep for the next few months.
  9. I drive the Truck. Jeep is for the wife.
  10. Complete coincidence. This was ordered 1st week of June.
  11. And High Altitude is the top luxury model.
  12. Who the hell “needs” a 392? This guy.
  13. Cross posting here for Jeep fans. Picking up my 392 this weekend. Just waiting on bumper painting. Hoping to drive it for more than three months before it is stolen as well.
  14. Guess I’ll cross post here and Jeep thread. Picking up my 392 this weekend. Just waiting on bumper painting. Hoping to drive it for more than three months before it is stolen as well.
  15. My parking garage downtown Houston.
  16. Holy fuck. So in the TRX stolen truck saga, two delayed hits came back from satellite. One at BW8 near Houston ship channel and the second over water. Looks like someone in Dubai is getting a new TRX. Detective headed over to the Port to see if he can dig up anything. Unlikely mine is the only one loaded into a shipping container. Likely a well orchestrated mass hit the likes of Gone in 60 Seconds according to the detective. Drove straight to the boat. Hug your new rare Broncos folks!!!
  17. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I have bourbon. But what I don’t have are a particularly useful set of skills, only useless financial skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a non-threat to people like you. If you let my truck go now, that'll be the end of it. If you don’t, well, that’ll be the end of it too
  18. The Trackhawk was more refined, visceral and a driver’s car. It performs like a sports car with the body of an SUV. The TRX is brute strength, with shockingly refined driving comfort for a truck (more akin to an SUV), with more get up and go than you should need from a Truck. But at speeds above 60, it behaves like a truck with 400 HP. Didn’t have the high end oomph. Just off the line. But man, the ride quality and finish/interior of Ram is top notch for truck lovers that want more luxury. The Raptor I gave up for it paled in comparison in almost every way.
  19. How would you compare the TRX to the Trackhawk? Both gone?
  20. RIP T-Rex. And fuck you with a fucking razor tipped dildo you thieving fucking bastards.
  21. I am not. Nor would I ever want to be.
  22. Don’t know Josh personally but I know his nonprofit barrel outfit and his circle of friends in BaRS (like Bill Fullerton). Never struck me as a superdouche. But his threadshitting knowitall antics are tiring.
