  1. Thanks. I’m going for the solo low key unplug type thing so decided on keystone knowing there wasn’t much in the way of restaurants and bars. (Or as many people)! Do it once a year in a different place and it’s always awesome.
  2. Yeah I get that. Was just wondering how many guys my age could do that. My goals are maintaining strength, keep Vo2 max as high as possible, and staying as flexible as possible. My bar is certainly higher than standing on one leg for 40 seconds…good grief.
  3. Thoughts? I’m 59 and can hit all of these but at the low end. Just started lifting 2 years ago and I’m not trying to max on anything but rather retain muscle . All about flexibility and some decent muscle mass at this point in the game for me. Wonder what percentage of men my age can hit these? 25%?
  4. Solo keystone trip late June. Never been. Been all over Colorado many times but will be first time there. Hiking, lake kayaking etc but Where am I drinking and eating ? Thanks
  5. Was a little limited for restaurants but we did like this place. This was an incredible experience for an old school jazz place. Cannot recommend experience enough if you into that type of thing. Brownstone Jazz. https://g.co/kgs/DqqmRud
  6. Stayed in upper west side last week and loved it. 79th street and broadway. Very quiet neighborhood with tons of small families and not near as much traffic(foot and car) as lower. 22 minutes on the redline to shows on broadway. Restaurants weren’t as plentiful as soho, Chelsea, and other west side haunts, but plenty and still only a short subway there. I’ll never stay in midtown again.
  7. Chita does ease the pain somewhat. Jesus, wake me up in November.
  8. Your words are hurtful. Spot on, but hurtful. #woodlandsresident
  9. You think the lazy entitled woodlands people who leave their carts in the middle of the parking lot are gonna listen to this?
  10. Yeah, we usually stay more midtown but wanted to go for a little less “hectic” this trip. Kid just moved there so he’s learning some spots and yes, we’ve allotted much time to see his new digs and hang with the youngster.
  11. Headed there in mid May for 4 nights. Seeing Oh Mary and sunset blvd. Staying in upper west side (79th street) and looking for some nice places to eat nearby (not Michelin or 5 star but just some quality older places that are nyc establishments). Also need a rec for a great jazz club (traditional old school type place, not hip and trendy). Finally , son lives in Bed Stuy neighborhood in Brooklyn so looking for a couple of recs for drinks and dinner nearby. Thanks.
  12. Well, we need to get to the root of the problem. I’ll show myself out…..
  13. Crested butte.
  14. As he should. It almost is for them. Still, fuck him.
  15. Did he purchase “the big ticket”? That would suck hard if so
  16. So brutal. They never shut the fuck up
  17. It doesn’t. Those assholes suck. Driving around drunk with their kids. Unreal.
  18. The latter. Good grief.
  19. Not optimal. Plenty of ball left.
  20. Headed up from Houston for Friday Saturday games. Stoked. Let’s take 2 of 3. Hook ‘em.
