I'm bidding $100. Don't tell anybody. It says no reserve.

So for noobs, mwnd = ??

The rest on the counter helps set the bark by cooling off and letting it harden up a bit. Like said above it just turns to mush if you put it away hot. It took 8-12 hours to get it to 205, so an hour on the counter doesn’t cool it all the way down in the least.

@YGIFS not in the least:
Most Spoken Languages in the World
1. English
Known as the official language of business, English is the most widely spoken language in the world, with the highest number of speakers, and the highest number of countries where it is spoken.
if Ohtani wants to transcend baseball and sport around the world, it behooves him to be literate in English. Unless he has a dud personality.

@G650 I’m interested in your opinion on the SRAM wireless. Looking for my next setup. I’m currently on a rim brake Campy Record 11-sp bike. I enjoy the process of putting the bike together piece by piece, from the hubs out (yes I build my wheels). Next bike will be 12-sp electronic shifting disc brakes.

I member when Tony Dorsett got a million dollar contract and was the highest paid player. Not $1/MM a year, $1/MM total.

How does it work as a player? Can they just go get any sweatshirt, Tee, shoes, jacket they want? Are they issued a team kit? Is there a closet like at work with all the branded stuff that somebody has a key to?

The credit union I work at is the largest in our area (28,000 members) and our total assets are $550,000,000. He would have 150,000,000 AFTER buying 100% of it and that's only this contract and none of his outside baseball money.
Maybe he can spend some of the money on Rosetta Stone and learn to speak English?

Man @Fumbles I don’t see where you come off just answering a question straight up. Don’t you know where you are? No pie opinion? No new nuance of the the Simms/Applewhite debate?
but thanks for the insightful answer. Appreciate that.

Her: "Why isn't T'Vondre going to the Heisman thing? He should be in the "Final Four" or whatever it's called."
Me: "Well, lets start by asking what you know about any of the people who ARE going to be in NYC for this. Do you even know what schools / programs they are from or how well they have performed for their respective programs?"
Her: "That doesn't matter."
Agree with her here.

Not the wireless Super Record?

Looked at the carbon bike in person and it has some road rash on the front fork and a few other smaller blemishes elsewhere, but the frame looks fine. The downshifts were fine, but upshifts were a little rough which is surprising (?) I don’t have experience with the 105 group set.
Need to think this one through…
Some fresh shift cables can clean up some of that rough shifting. Carbon bikes that have had wrecks can have hidden damage also. I’d get a thorough checkout on the frame and fork.

I buy championship gear after the fact, then I look for a nice article, not just a T-shirt. None of the intermediate steps matter, including conference championships, if you don't win the last game. If someone comes up with a beginning and end Big XII champion shirt that looks cool, maybe.

It would take two years to wash the aggy stench off of any aggy portallers.

Scratch that one off the list then.

You have to pay the market rate or the market will correct it for you. It’s why most coaches get a raise after a great year. We got a bargain at the beginning with Sarkisian because he was toting some baggage. Del Conte has said before that the program is evaluated after the season is over. So far it’s mostly been a fun season, so we’ll see how it goes. I wouldn’t trade Sark for Lane Kiffin. So there’s your market.

Where are the assholes that kept telling us Georgia HAD TO WIN yesterday
I listened to the Georgia radio guys during that game, almost Dave Southesque, so much homerism.

That was a hell of a play the way he shot past the line of scrimmage. For a brief second I thought the play was blown dead and Robinson just hadn’t stopped.

Won the last swc conference title and turned around and won the first one in the next conference. Sounds good to me.
I like this trend. Let’s keep it going.

Stop brake checking semis, YOU AND YOUR WIFE!
And I beg to differ. Rams are mostly pricks for the tow mirrors flipped out and the modded / piped exhaust. Lexus, BMW, and Mercedes SUV drivers are the biggest morons on the road, IMO. You're driving a freaking modern car with bluetooth yet your holding your phone (on speaker) in front of your face while driving and doing your makeup at the same time. All while in the left lane doing 10 under.
Back in the day, say early ‘80’s, my buddies and I noticed the profile of the drivers of white Buick Regals. 9/10 were young ladies putting on makeup (before cell phones, so no problem there).

The Oilers-Bills collapse-comeback still occupies the top spot for me but I like your list.
I mean if we’re going there, Shock the Nation Cotton Bowl and 84 Cotton Bowl also in the discussion.

Not sure that little boat with the .50 cal in front moves the needle much for the US Navy.
