  1. It's literally the exact same talking points Ketch used on the OB late afternoon livestream. OTF & IT are positive about this move, while OB came off as pessimistic & less informed about the move. Ketch downplayed Muschamp as just an Analyst at UGA, while Muschamp's Wikipedia resume clearly lists him as the co-DC on '22 & '23 UGA teams. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the folks being negative got their info from OB.
  2. I noticed CJ saying the same thing during the OTF livestream. If this is really the case, why didn't anybody speculate about P.K. before the news today?
  3. Speaking of which, multiple times during the breaking news afternoon OTF livestream Gerry & others mentioned they felt Sark partially made this move at DC becuz of Lane Kiffen becoming the head coach at LSU. Supposedly Muschamp being great at in-game adjustments is going to be need against a Lane Kiffen offense with LSU resources.
  4. Ian also mentioned within the last month that he felt UT would be better off if Sark had retained Tom Herman's S&C coach after he was hired as head coach. Boyd seems to really love the Urban Meyer/tOSU S&C program coaching tree. He discussed how Tom Herman tried to replicate at it UT. Hence why he feels Sark should've kept Yancy McKnight.
  5. Reading those IT posts, if it's true about Sark wanting a more tough & nasty aggressive team, can we expect Sark to make a move at S&C coach? In hindsight, Sark should've hired Tommy Moffitt after the 2021 season. Since the middle of the Season, Ian Boyd has been going on non-stop about ineptness of UT's strength program particular when it comes to developing the 3-star & low 4-star developmental recruits.
  6. Ian Boyd thinks with the loss of Lafau, Michigan is guaranteed to win the bowl game becuz UT is too inexperienced with remaining LBs on the roster. So I guess he's expecting for Michigan to run all over UT.
  7. LOL, OB is claiming that it's a scheme fit issue why Lefau is in the portal:
  8. If Flood is leaves, how do y'all feel about bringing back Stacy Searels as O-Line coach from UGA?
  9. Justin Wells took shots at OTF this morning during IT's morning NSD livestream clowning them about how many redundant videos they make.
  10. Gerry Hamilton was adamant this week that UT wanted to keep Max Wright in the class.
  11. Both IT & OTF seem to be talking up that UT is recruiting size at RB as part of the solution to fix the running game & redzone offense woes that UT has had these last couple seasons.
  12. Both IT & OTF seem to be talking up that UT is recruiting size at RB as part of the solution to fix the running game & redzone offense woes that UT has had these last couple seasons.
  13. Both Max Wright & Kaden Scherer seem to fit the mold of big athletes you can put weight on, so I'm fine with both of them as developmental O-Line takes.
  14. IT & On Texas Football seem to like this take as a 2nd RB in the class.
  15. Having a secondary coach to properly pair up with P.K.'s fronts has been such a problem during Sark's tenure, that I'm now ready to give in & have Sark go ahead & hire Jimmy Lake as Secondary Coach after this season.
  16. I haven't been keeping up with this current recruiting cycle because honestly the Transfer Portal makes H.S. recruiting less of a priority for me to follow. Anyways, seeing how the "Big Humans" strategy at O-Line recruiting got exposed this season... have Sark/Flood started to shift their developmental O-Line recruiting towards recruiting big athletes that you can put weight on instead of Big Humans that need to lose weight & get into better athletic shape OR nah? Watching UGA highlights this week & comparing the UGA O-Line to the UT O-Line, Sark/Flood should shift to this strategy ASAP if they haven't already.
  17. Actually that isn't the only time. Sark's last & best season at UW in 2013, which lead to him being hired at USC, they went all in on a HUNH RPO spread offense: I remember Ian Boyd did a whole write-up for SB Nation on the changes that UW made to their offense going into that season & on the results of the blowout season opener win vs. Boise St. But I can't find the article. Looks like all of Ian's SB Nation articles from before late September 2013 are gone.
  18. This is what I'm sorta worried about. UGA & potential SEC title game & playoff opponents will be able to match Texas athlete-for-athlete, so it becomes more of a X&O's chess match. But seeing as the team couldn't execute what Sark wanted to run even against bad teams, continuing on with this simplified spread offense is a no-brainer.
  19. Seeing how Surly is always hating on Ian Boyd because of his lack of on-camera charisma, I immediately thought of Surly when I saw this clip of IT is having him do live events now:
