  1. 414 feet, would have been a homerun in 29/30 parks, but not this one...
  2. That was also dumb. I'm sensing a theme here.
  3. Well that was dumb...
  4. YOU'RE THE INSIGNIFICANT PIECE OF DUST!!! I love Elaine's smile at the end of this.
  5. 42 strikeouts in 110 at-bats is pretty awful, and an OPS+ of 80. I would still take him over Abreu, but I wouldn't pay for him.
  6. Ref assignments for tonight, I can't believe Scott Foster didn't get tapped for this one. Game Crew Chief Referee Umpire Alternate Boston @ Dallas Marc Davis (#8) James Capers (#19) Kevin Scott (#24) Ben Taylor (#46)
  7. Well back in the late 1700s the average lifespan was around 60 years old, so for those who believe in the spirit of the originalist intent of the Constitution, these old guys should resign.
  8. Kimmel tonight: Hunter was convicted on 3 felony charges, which means now he's only 31 away from being the Republican nominee for President
  9. Stumbled upon this song from a shuffle playlist, and it's pretty fun retro 80s style rock. Never heard of the band before, but I checked out some of their other songs, and they have some good stuff.
  10. Nice outing for Blanco, moving him up to starting pitcher was one of the few bright spots from this offseason.
  11. Nice baserunning there. Time for Pena to drive some home.
  12. Hard to believe there isn't a game tonight. This schedule is really really dumb.
  13. Happy Pride Month!
  14. Welcome to 2nd place boys.
  15. I mean, who could have predicted that?
  16. Nice start to the inning.
  17. I agree, but I also wonder if there will be a vote split among Boston players that allows Luka to slide in there and get the award too. Still more basketball to play, and someone could play their way in or out of it. Tatum is due for a big game.
  18. And getting a 70 million dollar parting gift for his troubles.
  19. It's funny to see a game like that and think about how the Bucks swapped Jrue for Dame, and thought that would be the path to a championship. I don't know if they could have worked out a swap of Middleton for Dame instead, but that was clearly the upgrade they really needed. Jrue is still a great defender, and he can put up a good amount of points every night. I think the Finals MVP race is still Jaylen Brown's to lose at this point, but Jrue might have a shot at it if he can have another game like that. There is an off chance Luka gets Finals MVP even if Dallas loses. It's hard to argue that he's not the best player in the series so far, but the award almost always goes to a member of the winning team. We might see that here if the rest of the Dallas team continues to screw around for 2 more games while Luka shines.
