Long story short, toddler gets temporary placement with evangelicals. Tribe finds family to take toddler, icwa says toddler goes to the family found by the tribe.

Evangelicals sue to adopt, despite knowing their role as foster is temporary.

Out of the blue, our favorite Texas AG joins them (nice use of State funds) along with massive corporate law firm Gibson Dunn. Case lands on controversial, highly conservative judge and the evangelicals win with ease.

Not satisfied, they won!, they take it to the Supremes because...racism..white evangelicals are being discriminated against!

Arguments un brief are straight out of big oil attempts to take over sovereign lands for their profit.

Gibson Dunn lost the big pipeline challenge from a few years ago.

Who is leading and funding all this?!!

The Goldwater Institute with funding from the Bradley Foundation.

Buckle up, this is the right court for this travesty to prevail.

Sounds like the tribe should have done a better background check before handing over one of their own to a bunch of crazies.

The fact they're evangelicals is all the background one needs.  They're fucking disgusting, deplorable fucks...every goddamned one of them.
