  6. Replying to Your Own Post The amount of energy and storage required to operate a message board is directly proportional to the number of active posters. An effective conservation measure is replying to your own posts. This minimizes the number of posters involved in a conversation while maintaining the appearance of discourse. But what happens when other posters notice? Will they participate, thereby offsetting the initial energy savings from replying to your own post? Will they even go so far as to reply satirically, jokingly mimicking your self-replying format? These are difficult questions, so I will address the answers in a subsequent post.

  9. . . . and I don't think I'm alone on this. Talking this weekend with @Brisketexan and @Pescado_Rojo, I made the observation that whenever I hear about something from the '80s, my internal timeline is that "Oh, yeah--that was like 20 years ago." But then I heard this past weekend that Saturday was the 15th anniversary of the election of Barack Obama. And my reaction was, "that was only 15 years ago? It seems like it was closer to 50." And both Brisket and Fish agreed. So what the fuck is going on with us old men that we think 1983 was 20 years ago and 2008 was 40? Is it a symptom of just being old and nostalgic? Or is there something deeper about all the shit we've been through over the past 5-10 years?

  10. False.... A 75% Quinn is superior to a 100% Maalik from a decision making standpoint and not turning the ball over standpoint.

  15. Grade 1: 1-3 weeks Grade 2 : 2-4 weeks Grade 3: 4-6 weeks Depends on severity....seems like Quinn had grade 1 if he was already throwing the ball last week. So long as the pain doesn't encumber him he's good to go and should be about 85-90% Credentials:

  21. I have a friend that was all Trump all the time. She went to DC for the election protests or whatever you’d call them. She walked to the Capitol and was fukn giddy posting pictures and videos of her and her friend standing on the lawn with the riot going on in the background. A few days later when the writing was on the wall that this wasn’t the cool take back the stolen election event she thought it was it was suddenly radio silence from this chick. Deleted her FB and Twitter, etc and has been basically keeping the lowest profile imaginable. I ran into a guy from her tiny hometown and during the conversation he told me he grew up with a guy he thought may have been her first husband. I hadn’t talked to her in about 6 months and messaged her to ask if that was her first husband’s (She’s been married 6 times) name and she asked how in the world I could know that. I told her I was contracting to the J6 commission doing background checks on potential indictees. Immediately blocked.

  27. So at the risk of outing myself as an amoral DC swamp dweller who will do anything to defend their client.... Michigan is taking a page from the modern crisis management playbook: Accuse your accusers, threaten legal action, get politicians to bully your opponent, muddy the narrative, play the persecution card. The old days of do the right thing and get in front of the scandal died on the second tuesday in November of 2016. Also, the NCAA is such a limp dick fuck up, it couldn't get laid in a whore house on pay day.
