  1. Ugh. My wife is not 16 you assholes and no pic's you morons!
  2. Thread breaks my heart. First you and your wife need a support group for youselves. You're going to have to be strong and supportive for your child so you need help as well. My wife and daughter both volunteer at a place called SoléAna Stables in Alvin. I wouldn't presume that this is the right place for your child but look for something like this in your area. There are some great organizations. Call around and explain what you're facing. I know the parents at SoléAna appreciate a little "time off" as well. I'm so proud of what my wife a 16 year old are able to contribute and my business contributes to them financially. There are many many people willing and wanting to help. God Bless and Hook 'em.
  3. I don't remember a whole lot of pentair part numbers but they look to be in very limited supply. Checked the 011056 and 011060 and 022056 from largest supplier and they're pretty much out in the state. Depending on what you're replacing you may have to find alternate.
  4. Don't see utility flags. Have they called 811? Are they using a secondary locate svc as well?
  5. Yard guard makes some but check with municipality if you can put window locks in instead. Would need to be version that would require a tool to uninstall. But worth a call.
  6. The sharkvac and tigershark from Hayward are fine. Aquavac series not so much.. of course aquavac is what's in my pool and works perfectly.
  7. Both are fine. The KK robots haven't been around for that long. Is it past warranty? Typically 3 years.
  8. Where are you located and if in TX how old is your equipment? Past warranty? I sttuck out on your board
  9. My local rep laughed when I asked. Pentair is way behind on production especially when it comes to electronic parts. And to be fair, so is Hayward and I would assume Jandy. He's going to see if there's an upgrade "kit" that you may be able to get at nominally the same price and is actually available.
  10. Just checked the 2 largest distributors and neither have in stock. Will try check with contacts re alternatives in morning.
  11. Men and watch buyers are visual creatures....
  12. Don't sell your future reno short. It could hit 25!
  13. Time to take your lasix.
  14. More of a Coke fan but that's beautiful.
  15. 3 nuns die and go to heaven St. Peter tells them, "I am going to ask each one of you a question. If you get it right, I will let you in." He asks the first one, "Who built the ark?" "Easy, that was Noah." She replies. Peter tells her that is correct and lets her in. Peter asks the second one, "Who parted the Red Sea?" "Easy!" She replied. "Moses!" "You're correct!" Said Peter, and he let her in. Peter asks the third one, "What were Eve's first words to Adam?" She thinks for a moment, then replies, "Man...That's a hard one!" "You're right!" Says Peter...And he lets her in.
  16. Just an fyi re SWG. One of the main rare earth metals used in SWG is ruthenium. Although the price has dropped recently its almost double what it was 12 months ago. Unit price has gone up accordingly.
  17. County and no HOA? Depending on municipality inspections can be a drag. Not weeks worth, but a drag.
  18. Y'all are doing it wrong.
  19. Assuming the pony wall around is necessary due to elevation of yard and they're going to face and top with travertine. That's going to jump the price. And if you haven't, confirm if both sides of wall are getting the same treatment ie splitface or something similar.
  20. How is a woman like spaghetti? They both wiggle when you eat them.
  21. Imo better analysis re Alabama case. https://reason.com/volokh/2022/02/08/throwing-shade-at-the-shadow-docket-in-the-alabama-redistricting-cases/
  22. My bad. From the movie about Bruce with Hoffman.
  23. Go back farther kid, re the use of the N word. Think it was Bruce had some powerful stuff. Maybe Carlin, but think it was Bruce. No fucking way it's findable anymore.
  24. 12 is awful narrow unless it's a space/easement constraint. 80' perimeter is common. If you can go bigger. That's what she said
