The aftermath. Pic makes it look terrible, but the meat was absolutely incredible. Only problem was that the yield was only about 3 pounds of meat instead of the 6 pounds i had originally guessed. Not terrible, but not great for a 20 pound head and 18 hrs of cooking. Will try straight cheeks on the smoker next time
Looks remarkably similar to the end of my post.

Definitely more than three, man.
DEFINITELY more than three.
When did Brisket start playing the guitar? -
Nice plate.

Are you over the age of 23? If so, the same rules of wearing a tailored jersey apply to backpacks.
Still sporting the Samsonite? -
We need the caption that accompanied this picture. -
Can I keep the $15?

For your information that’s an American M.L.R.S. launcher that looks to be firing an ATACMS middle instead of the regular HE warhead/Rockets at a”training” range in Germany.
I was in a Multiple Launch Rocket System unit from ‘89-‘95. Reg HE Rockets were two pods of 6ea., or six packs. ATACMS was one for each pod and range was further. Multiple different warheads/types were even discussed back then in the early ‘90s.

Was that in Hyde Park? There was some wanna-be French place there around 2000, and the little bartender girl would pour Ricard in a glass like it was draft beer.
No, it was in West Campus.

That looks like an honest photo; not posed or anything. Sad
So he was cutting that big pile of air on his plate?- 1

Sounds like something that a hipster would say. -
I use this as a binder to make sure the crushed butterfinger stays on the brisket.
Caramel works well too. -
Not necessarily dumb, but I enjoyed the rant.
A friend of mine did that with his car once while I was in another car driving down the street. Dude was outside getting his newspaper. He throws the newspaper through my friends open window and almost caused him to hit a tree. I was laughing my ass off watching it.
It reminds me of this.

Did not know. Posted it there too. How long does it take to thaw a 12 pound brisket?

Anybody got that friend that he is too shy to get a girlfriend, but he wants to eat at Hooters and when you go there he acts like Dos Equis Man and all the girls know his name?
I used to work with a guy in college that couldn’t look a woman in the eye out in public, but he would turn in to Don Juan once he set foot in a strip club. The guy was 10 years older than the average employee and still lived with his mother. He was up to his eyeballs in CC debt from strip clubs. He even had a fake name that he gave to all of the strippers. -
Tejas is north of Mexico.

I have a friend who has one of the best I've seen. He has about 5 acres and he has a separate 3-car garage in his backyard with a 2-2 guest house on top. Built into the structure is a giant covered patio for his pool. He has a giant tiled backsplash with a big longhorn logo. Very cool. And of course a restroom/shower, built-in grill, tv, ...
But one of the features that is unique is he has a bar type roll-top cooler; this has to be commercial-grade stuff because I've never seen it outside a restaurant/bar. Coldest beer I've ever had.
Since you didn’t post a pic, I’m going to.
