  1. @Dennis Taylor will be surprised. Maybe he ate at All American Burger every day?
  2. With the caveat the least trustworthy source on height/weight is a sports information department, the University considers Black 6’2”, 200. As noted earlier, 9.95ers who covered him in person said he was in that size range. https://texassports.com/news/2023/12/20/football-national-signing-day-central.aspx
  3. Wells and others have been commenting all year on Kobe now being in the 6’2” 200 range, which is why many see him at safety at some point.
  4. The rare “quoting myself post” just noting I was way ahead of the curve. 🤣 Wow, this is an affront on the sport of football.
  5. I’m waiting to break out my Ghost and Mr. Chicken “Attaboy, Luther!” chant.
  6. That had a horror movie quality to it, and I cared about the result. But point taken.
  7. Good god, did I just watch the most boring quarter of football ever played? I think I did…
  8. I know we have 48 different aggy threads, but I don’t really go in any of them, but I just saw Trooper Taylor listed on the official website as the brand new RB coach. Bag dropping in CS is alive and well, Trooper is as dirty as anyone.
  9. Punter scratches his sweaty balls, then licks his fingers. Which team is from Oklahoma again?
  10. These freakin’ tickets are really gonna get so low I’ll be tempted to pull the trigger, huh? Eh, spent way too much time on the road for multiple holiday trips in the last week, plus if I did make the trip, I doubt I could find lodging. We’ll see…
  11. Elko had no control over and I assume no prior knowledge, but as they interviewed him in the booth, ESPN flashed that graphic with at least the top two listed having NOT signed with A&M, yet the play-by-play guy said signing day was, “in the rear view mirror,” intimating Bussey and McKinley were delivered to the class. Again, not on Elko, but another example of ESPN being absolute shit in the recruiting business.
  12. You have Texas’ opponents at 2-1, so I’m assuming you just mistyped the result of the Cal-Texas Tech game and know Tech won. Thanks for the write up.
  13. I like how it’s the “ServPro First Responder Bowl but we’re not actually sponsored by ServPro but by a really specific job search company for medical jobs called StaffDNA Bowl”
  14. Seems like you and Dan Marcos got pretty close…
  15. Just rewound to the beginning, and saw ESPN take a shot of the Rice head coach. Unfortunately, the man shown wasn’t the Rice head coach. One of the pitfalls of bowl season, spreading the TV talent and tech people thin. Texas State works fast…
  16. Based on the offenses I watched him coordinate, I’d say you’re spot on.
  17. Fraction of second CeeDee was still moving. Ticky tak bullshit.
  18. Great tackle by the Dolphin OT
