  1. They would be willing to wait until the 2026 season to play him?
  2. Yeah, surprised Dad isn’t pushing Luke toward Oregon (just kidding, Mr. Wafle).
  3. Shit, one of the few recent bright spots, Wink Martindale, has died. Wikipedia claims lymphoma was the cause, but at 91, a lot of things are conspiring against you. He was still sounding great. I guess someone else will have to help clear out the world’s most expensive storage shed moving forward. https://deadline.com/2025/04/wink-martindale-dead-1236369288/comment-page-2/#comments
  4. That kid is a monster. Four visits would presume serious interest on both sides. That takes time and money, and LinkedIn indicates Dad is a sales exec for a video gaming company (gambling stuff) with Duke and Vandy degrees, so I guess that’s cool.
  5. Perhaps the fact it’s been what, six months since there’s been a post in thread speaks volumes. I wonder if Don Buchwald was the one keeping him on the rails, because now it’s just fucking guitar talk, Chris Wilding impressions and the same insecurities repeated over and over. I’m struggling to get thru last week’s Maroon 5 two-plus hour interview (really?) because it’s a lot of technical guitar shit and more importantly, I couldn’t give less than one fuck about Maroon 5 and Adam Levine. Someone needs to have the balls to say the emperor has no clothes, but no one dare speak the truth. The only one who may seem willing to fight back against the stasis is Memet, as unbelievable as that sounds. I’m sure Fred knows it’s a bad product, but at almost 70, he’s not going to jeopardize his final years. Meanwhile, more Robin being woefully wrong on just about everything, Dr. Now impressions and bad guitar strumming. Oh, he seems to be on vacation again, but complaining about this after bitching about the content is akin to the restaurant patron criticizing the food… and the small portions.
  6. I think he’s a great add. I was simply respectfully pointing out he’s not all that experienced. But he seems to be a bad ass.
  7. More like LongestMemoryHorn. And wouldn’t that be Emmett Mosley IV?
  8. The bloodlines are indeed great, but Mosley was a true freshman last season, so the same class as Wingo, and he even missed the first month with an injury, so not a great deal of experience. But that doesn’t mean he’s not calm and smart, and he obviously got better as the season went on as Stanford’s go-to. But DeAndre Moore will have to serve as the Texas WR Room elder statesman… until that Tyson transfer happens 🤣.
  9. Mike Myers is SNL’s Musk.
  10. Ok, I’ll bite. What’s the Orgeron connection? I saw the tweet yesterday showing his arrival. Now this kid with the photo and tag.
  11. Adding to this thread.
  12. The White Potus’ Belinda: “There’s five million dollars in my account… there was 20 million last week!” I still love JAJ’s stream of consciousness Trump, but maybe getting a bit meta with the Mikey Day Great Clips and Ego’s Miss Eggy shoutouts, etc. I laugh and always appreciate a peek behind the curtain, but I can see it losing steam quickly. Jon Hamm’s desperate need to be perceived as funny has annoyed me for a long time, so it’s good to see they’ve made it part of his SNL arc, and I appreciate he can poke fun at himself. He did a great job tonight, best episode in a while.
  13. Does he have a name? End in “V?”
  14. Wrong sport for this board, but this is where “Fuck Brett Yormark” resides. Poor Bretty, he really thought he had it.
  15. Heidi has a nice body with impressive hoohas, but that was a really good make up/prosthetics job.
  16. You apparently don’t have to be good looking, but it does help if your father is worth almost 200 billion dollars…
  17. Thank you, my mind was locked onto Texas guys
  18. Who is “Campbell?”
  19. Yeah, WTF? I think we all want more options, but it’s bizarre to forget the previous season’s leading rusher, who busted his ass and overachieved, even hitting the 1,000 yard mark (granted in an extended season).
  20. Softball can show baseball how to bunt.
  21. Two outs (on the play, third of the bottom of the 7th).
  22. I was going to make fun of his name, and then I saw his picture. I hope you enjoy your visit to Texas , sir!
