Go on….  That looks like it’s in the county where you wouldn’t think it would actually come in handy too often.

That's EXACTLY where it come in hand. On acreage, house not visible from the road, and an area(Nacogdoches County) absolutely overloaded with meth heads and Crack heads.

What worries me is that while it feels exactly like prior RC injuries  I've got additional things going on. Super sharp pains running all the way down my arm, and any movement of my arm causes hellacious cracking and popping throughout my shoulder area. Even pain and stiffness up that side of my neck.

You need pictures, Shooter.  X-Ray pictures.  MRI pictures.  Lots of pictures.  Sorry man.

    Well fuck.

Just got back from UTHC, totally screwed again. Multiple major tears, irreparable except for reverse shoulder replacement AGAIN. Just about ready to give it up. Life isn't supposed to be this way, I've been through fucking enough already. Scheduled for February 8th.

You’ve got a nice house compadre… You really have ADT or just the sign? I picked up 4 at a garage sale for 50 cents apiece and stuck them around the joint. Figured it might keep an honest thief away, but no way I’m actually paying 60 bucks a month for that BS.

Thanks gopokes, yep really have it. ADT has saved our butts a few times over the years.

I mean he out ran a NFL DB with a good angle, I’m not sure what more you expect.  He’s not Tyreek Hill.  He definitely slowed down after that guy missed though.

    Probably just my imagination.

  5. Couple of things. Is it my imagination or has Bijans guns grown a few calibers/gouges?

Also, on his 71 yard TD reception it seemed like he was going a hair slower than usual. Maybe he knew he didn't have to kick in the afterburners to make it?

    https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/articles/22915-hyaluronic-acid

Hyaluronic acid is a remarkable substance because of all the benefits and uses it has in your body. Here are just a few of the benefits of hyaluronic acid:

It helps things move smoothly. Hyaluronic acid helps your joints work like a well-oiled machine. It prevents pain and injury from bones grinding against each other.
It helps keep things hydrated. Hyaluronic acid is very good at retaining water. A quarter-teaspoon of hyaluronic acid holds about one and a half gallons of water. That’s why hyaluronic acid is often used for treating dry eyes. It’s also used in moisturizing creams, lotions, ointments and serums.
It makes your skin flexible. Hyaluronic acid helps skin stretch and flex and reduces skin wrinkles and lines. Hyaluronic acid is also proven to help wounds heal faster and can reduce scarring.

Thanks for the info. I've heard about HA for a while now but had no idea what it was for..but the 1/4tsp per 1 1/2 gallon of water is impressive.

He also ranked 207th in PFF pass rush grade (58.0), 238th in run defense grade (46.6), tied for 242nd in coverage grade (39.8) and 243rd tackling grade (39.7)."

No worries, Melko is the bread whisperer stoopid sip.

Sooo...right knee is bone on bone and leg is bowing pretty severely. Need knee replacement in both but right is more painful. Noticed atrophy in the calf and can't walk on toes on right side. Chiro told me to get a low back MRI, and go see this spine surgeon who's supposed to be very conservative. Go to appointment, only get to see his NP or PA (can't remember what he said) who is very knowledgeable, slick, and very salesman-ish which I'm not a fan of at all when it comes to healthcare...shows me the MRI and basically says your back is fucked (herniation, stenosis etc) in pretty much the entire lumbar area, and can't understand how I'm not in excruciating back pain (really very little back pain actually- knock wood). Does mention my weight training has to have helped but says don't squat or deadlift (i haven't for a long time). Starts hard-selling EMG test, their PT and their knee guy...all of which (connecting his dots) will lead to his boss fucking with my spine down the road. I already have a knee guy I want to use who is also 15 minutes away vs at least an hour for the spine guy and his crew. I also don't want my back fucked with to see if it might help when it's not very painful to begin with- too risky in my opinion.  I'm leaning towards getting knee done and keep up lifting/stretching (yoga?), recumbent stationary bike and possibly cortisone and/or CBD to help my back and deal with it further if necessary.

Anyone out there had any spine work done? Any other nonsurgical suggestions? Thanks

Be careful with the cortisone. Long term usage can cause problems.

Yeah I think my days of eating entire large pizza’s in one sitting are over. I used to destroy the dominos large 3 topping $7.99 carry out specials in college. My asshole handled that fine

Yeah, that's when I started to realize I was "maturing". For a person my size, I would eat as much as a person outweighed me by 100lbs. Now I barely put a dent in a full sized meal.

Since I’m still feeling pretty crummy from the Rona last month, lingering cough, tired, etc., I figured I was going to have a crappy weekend anyway, so why not get my flu shot and 2nd shingles shot. Got them yesterday afternoon.
Now I feel like I really do have the flu. This stinks.

You're either the toughest son of a gun I've ever known or the craziest.

In law Thanksgiving pushed to Friday before UT game.  Cool with me.  So the plan to eat light tonight is scrapped.  They bought NY strips and asked me grill them.  So here we go.

gotta cook nine of them well done+ with no char marks and no juice running of any kind.  While trying to parallel grill mine to medium rare and pull them all at the same time so they don’t see what I’ve done.  Just seeing a red/pink steak; they’ll think I did them all like that.

I’m no Aaron Franklin but ain’t no fucking Doug Henning either.
