  1. Bad ass. It's about to be open season in this bitch. Do we top out at 3 million doses per day or go higher than that?
  2. Cvs has a ton of appointments available in DFW. Just registered for next Tuesday.
  3. So uh...back above .500 tonight for the first time since January.
  4. Yup. Every teacher who wanted one should have had one by now. Seems like it would have been pretty easy for the state to deliver the doses to each district and let them handle it from there.
  5. Maybe I just don’t track the hirings last time, but dang it feels like we’re bringing on a ton of analysts.
  6. Good damn win. Brooklyn was short-handed, but you beat them down like you should. This will be a good thing later because Brooklyn will get healthy and hopefully beat the teams around us in the standings. Good to see KP have a decent game. More please.
  7. That was always going to switch at some point. But like the supply issue, we’ll find a way to get better at delivery. J&J will certainly help the cause there. We need to be finding ways to do this 24/7. Once supply issue is resolved, there should be no closing of any hubs.
  8. If we’re really about to have 140 million moderna and Pfizer doses and 20 million J&J doses in the next 4 weeks, I don’t think there’s going to be much skipping the line. There’s going to be doses everywhere.
  9. Maybe I'm missing it, but are the local reporters not questioning this harder? Dude has 8 days with no games, has a "back" injury, and then misses at least 3 games coming out of the break? Something is not adding up here.
  10. Health care workers and Republican numbers are astonishing to me.
  11. Thanks! Just booked my dad in Corsicana.
  12. So I'm just going to ask it: they've now won two in a row without KP and have looked a lot better defensively; that has to be a little bit damning, no?
  13. KP and Maxi both out tonight. Not good.
  14. LOL at thinking the Knicks won that trade. They literally have nobody left from that trade and have a pick upcoming that's most likely not even going to be a lottery pick.
  15. The most positive thing from last night, to me, was that Luka did not have a spectacular game but the team around him performed very well. The KP thing officially has me concerned about this long-term future here. Cannot keep having little stuff like this pop up constantly.
  16. After 8 days off, KP is out tonight...
  17. Hopefully that work really stands out tonight then.
  18. I really hope they've been able to do a mini-mini camp with a lot of practices to fix some of the defensive and rebounding issues. May be wishful thinking.
  19. We finally have basketball tonight.
  20. Where did I insult your intelligence? I did no such thing. You posted factually incorrect information and I called you out on it. That's the difference between your initial post and all the other posts you're referring to.
  21. This is not the argument you made. You claimed he said something he didn't and basically said he was being a hypocrite. You got called on it and now you appear to be upset that he's a "master of maybes". If you're argument is that he should take a step back from doing so many interviews so that the media doesn't always come up with a contradictory headline, I would agree with that.
  22. I’m not sure what tweet your referring to, but maybe it’s this article from a few days ago: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/ncna1258142 He clearly says the results from these studies point to a positive direction. “There have been some studies that are pointing in a very favorable direction,” he said, adding that these studies will have to be corroborated by additional research. Maybe we let the additional research happen before claiming he’s doing so many interviews he doesn’t know what he’s saying. Perhaps he has taken his statements to the next level and declared with 100% certainty that the vaccine completely stops transmission. If you can find that, I’ll definitely apologize and move on my merry way.
  23. Maybe I’m being way too naive, but it seems to me like the UK variant, while a concern, shouldn’t be that frightening. If we only continue vaccinating 1.5 million people per day and you assume that actual daily cases is say 5x of confirmed cases, we’re outpacing the virus by over a million potential hosts per day. Like I said, maybe I’m just being stupid here, but as long as the vaccine program continues ramping up, I don’t see another huge spike coming unless the variant re-infects previous cases.
  24. The vaccines will end the pandemic. That’s not the same thing as telling everybody they should go out tomorrow and pretend everything is back to normal. Can you seriously not see the difference there? And if that tweet is taking things out of context like the previous tweet shared from that account, I would recommend some of you try to follow other news sources along with the ones you frequent.
