  1. I like your confidence, but the softball postseason hasn't even started yet. And who the fuck is Mike Smith?
  2. Just finished watching it. Nice ride by Narváez, especially when Pogačar clearly wanted it. I can't imagine he can keep it up, but at least it extends the fake suspense another day.
  3. This. And it's a bit ironic that Team Momma's Boy lost due to navigation/driving instead of sucking at a physical challenge or a medical issue. I'm surprised more of the teams did not do the seaweed task. It seemed obvious to me that it was by far the quickest, even if the pilots made it look easier than it was.
  4. Good episode in spite of the WAYYYYY over the top Applebee's promo. Kenzie likely just lost any chance she had by not having the awareness to be part of the Tiff blindside. If either of Maria or Charlie makes final tribal, they will win. I still don't see a way both make it. If neither makes it, I have a feeling Liz will win.
  5. Who the fuck is Ken? Kent, you know you're not supposed to park that on campus.
  6. I agree with most of this with a few exceptions. It is likely that only one of Maria and Charlie will be in the final, as one will have to eliminate the other to pad the résumé. Maybe they both get in if one has to make fire, but they are both too smart to let it get that far. I think Maria is more likely to blindside Charlie. In spite of her dietary issues, I think Liz makes it over Tiff. Neither is deserving, but Q or Venus is likely to be the third as a "bring them because they can't win" person. Q will probably end up finding an idol to save himself at some point. Unless something changes, Ben is not a strategic threat, but he will be eliminated because he is likeable. Kenzie could end up at final tribal, but she will need immunity to do it.
  7. I was obviously too hard on Amber, and I agree that I did not put enough blame on what impact Vinny's abuse has on her, but damn it's frustrating when people go on the race unprepared. If you can't drive a stick or navigate yourself out of a wet paper bag, then TAR probably isn't for you, even in a watered down low-travel season. I am embarrassed for them at how they are being edited, and I have to assume that reality is worse than what we are being shown. Perhaps I should have suggested that Amber kick Vinny out of the car and drive herself to Tierra del Fuego, but one, she can't drive a stick, and two, she would have ended up in Canada.
  8. So Amber can't navigate, drive a stick, or do any challenge? Vinny isn't exactly hiding his feelings about those things, but I'm sure I would have thrown her out of the car and driven to Tierra del Fuego by now. How do you decide to go on The Amazing Race without doing anything to address your deficiencies in areas that you know are going to come into play? And what possesses you to bring someone like that as your partner? The fact that they are not only still in the race, but lurking near the top emphasizes how weak this cast is. Amber is going to be completely dependent on you forever in every facet of life. Run, Vinny. Run! This was a dream leg for Team Momma's Boy. It was like Cliff Clavin playing Jeopardy.
  9. There's no time for that shit. We need focusness.
  10. I can't say that I wasn't feeling the same way, but it's hilarious to read this thread after the fact.
  11. Hmmmm. I'm starting to think you aren't really my mom. She would know these.
  12. They are the South Austin's mom of HOFs.
