  1. Looks pretty good and is fast enough to house multiple punt returns.
  2. Elijah Bean doesn't look like much of a receiver at this point. More of an athlete who may or may not ever turn into a receiver.

    Sammiches

Damn, that place was so good.
  4. Dang. Really like his film.
  5. Quentin Griffin is the only one I remember being that small. Could be wrong though.
  6. 247 had a good article out today about the fastest prospects in Texas. Everyone knows that Camar Wheaton and LJ Johnson are the cream of the crop, but there are some really good second level guys this year in Texas. There were three RBs on the list that caught my eye. Take a look at the film for DQ James. He backed up Kevontre Bradford last year and gets to showcase this year. He's built like a bowling ball and can really fly. Reminds me of a certain OU RB that used to burn us regularly. Jordan Jenkins is an East Texas kid who looks built enough to play college ball this year. He runs a bit too upright many times, but I love how violent he is. The last RB that stood out to me is JP Martin. He's a slasher with a good combo of speed and power. All of these guys look like better RB prospects than Jonathan Brooks. Brooks has great vision and cut-back ability, but looks slow playing 3A competition. I hope if we take him that it is as an OLB/ATH rather than a true RB.
  7. I've read that milk in your coffee doesn't mess up IF. God I hope that's true, because I'm right there with you. I don't like black coffee much, and have a cup with warmed whole milk every morning.
  8. There are two 5 star recruits at Miami Palmetto this year, at least for now.
  9. Mi Ranchito in Manchaca is great. They have really good tortas and tamales. Texas Keeper Cidery is also in Manchaca. Fantastic dry cider and really beautiful grounds, especially in the spring time. There's a Taco Palenque in New Braunfels. It's nice to get a pirata on your way up to Austin. The Root Cellar Cafe in San Marcos is pretty decent too.

    BBQ

    Brown's' ribs are stellar.
  11. Cry? No. Your response was just listing sterotypes. I don't think of America as being white and christian, and I don't think of China as only being Han. I understood your point, but I think it is extremely reductionist.
  12. Thanks for the memory refresher.
  13. I could swear I saw Adimora at corner in the bowl game. I might be wrong though.
  14. We have Marquess Caldwell, Kenyatta Watson, Kitan Crawford, and Chris Adimora (recruited as a safety, but played corner this year) as freshmen, redshirt freshman and sophomore corners. No need to include Boyce or potentially Woodard. Even if Cook, Green, and Jamison all leave after next year we would still have decent depth. Hopefully we land three CBs next year. I'm not saying I only wanted one CB prospect this year, but it's not the end of the world.
  15. NYC is way safer than Houston. Houston is pretty damn violent, and the property crime rate is pretty bad too.
  16. Did you look at that map? Because you are very wrong. 11 in Austin and 7 in Houston.
  17. It's a societal problem. Cities can do little to nothing to ameliorate it. It needs to be addressed at the federal and state level.
  18. I don't know a single person who smokes an entire joint every single day. That is a lot of weed with today's potency levels. Everybody already knows that any combusted carbon is bad to intake (including BBQ, unfortunately). This study isn't saying anything we didn't already know.
  19. Dan's onion rings might even be better than their curly fries.
  20. Might want to work on your self-awareness.
  21. Rosemary is an extremely strong flavor.

    Mexican

It's so sketchy for your online menu to not have prices. El Meson needs to embrace 2019.

    Mexican

Went to Sazon for the first time in years recently. The cochinita pibil was very good, as was the rice that accompanied it. The beans were quite bland though. The duck enmoladas at El Alma is one of my favorite dishes in town, and the chilango margarita is fantastic if you like spicy booze. My favorite Mexican place right now is Lichas Cantina. Amazing food, good drinks, and great prices.
  24. I still can't use chrome to view tweets, have to use edge (yikes). Wish I could figure this out.
