Short of hiring a hit man, how would they have gotten rid of him? He was google legal savvy, which the judge commented on.

I think in the parents situation, they did what was the most legally expedient thing to do once dipshit said he wasn’t leaving.

Keep in mind you're dealing with someone in Rex who thinks dipping on a plane is appropriate behavior.

  2. Yep,  Taylor was trying to impress Axe and got a lesson in how the world works.   I don't think billionaire boyfriend is playing her,  either.   I think she might leave Axe to go with him.  I don't think she's dumb enough to go after him.   I hope that storyline with Chuck is done.   Don't want to go back there with Taylor.

I'm a lot more interested to see where things go with Chuck and Connerty.

Look.  I enjoy frivolous spending as much as the next asshole.  But this badge of whatever people wear by ONLY BUYING NEW CARS seems goofy.

Maybe I need to re-evaluate my priorities.

    (I drive a 2015 SQ5 bought in 2017 for $20k off sticker)

Yep.  Bought my Audi 15 months old for 20k+ off sticker.

  4. Bernard,  you like posting these 10 year old luxo barges.  But what do you drive?  Because i could afford to own that S600 you posted,  but i don't want to because i understand what these things cost to maintain.   I have an Audi S6 and I'll probably get rid of it in the next 2-3 years even though i love it.   Things like 20k for a new transmission or 15k for new turbos are not trivial.

  5. CO peeps...supposedly the salmonflies are coming off on the upper colorado...i'm going to try and hit it this saturday. it'll be a shitshow with the recreational boaters on the holiday weekend but salmonfly. if i float by a dude ripping a panther martin through a salmonfly hatch i'm assuming it's chewie, pulling over and chunking rocks in his water.
I'll probably head down in the next week or two. And I'm bringing both the fly rod and the spinning rod.

We are likely looking at first going over New Year's time frame.  We usually could avoid it but not this next season.  Any decent sized Colorado resorts that won't be completely covered up with people during that time?

Nope.   The week between Christmas and New Years Day is the busiest time of the year.

Man. That’s some real fucking drama.  Seeing the bull lay waste just to let everyone know who they were dealing with, then paw the ground for the buildup to who is going to be murdered next.

The first and last guys just got obliterated.  That shit had to hurt.

Nothing wrong with that I love Napa cabs too, just don't limit yourself as there is a ton of good to great wine out there. Another varietal I was not that familiar with but have been loving it is grenache

I'm just getting into good wine and have been to Napa, hence liking Napa cabs.  Haven't really ventured into other good wines, but I would like to.  Just don't know where to start.

I know I don't like Chardonnay (even expensive ones).  And I'm not a fan of wines with huge amounts of tannins.  Other than that, I don't know what I don't know.  But would love to find more good wines in the $30-40 range.

  9. Can’t go wrong with Frisco, Breck or Vail. I’ve spent summer time in all three. If kids are involved, I’d go Breck to be close to the mountain activities. If you’re Surly 1%, Vail has some great lodging and food/beverage options. Stay in Vail Village only. Otherwise, Frisco is awesome. Find a place close to Main Street.

They aren’t a bad thing. There are just so many great wines to choose from. We went to Napa in November and I was very impressed with some Cab Francs and Petit Syrahs.

    I like what i like.
