Yep! Had to go find an obscure post from PearlJam.com to figure out which version I got. I guess all of them had the 9 Polaroids, but depending on which song was listed on the back of each one determined which “Version” you got… I guess there were 6 different “versions”: N-O-C-O-D-E. Apparently I got the “C” version.

Fun little haul from Josey today. This is the “C” version of the No Code remaster from 2016. I’ve been on the lookout for this for a while and they had this pristine copy at my local store for $40. Couldn’t pass it up.
  3. Yep. This tie-breaker hell is going to be an annual thing that people are just gonna have to get used to. You know a scenario is coming in a major conference where you get like 3 undefeated teams in the same year. That'll make for some fun, level-headed discussions I'm sure...
  4. Was gonna say. Texas losing to Tech is really what potentially throws the whole thing into tie-breaker hell chaos. If Texas wins, it's pretty straightforward and it will likely come down to the OSU-BYU game since we'll know the outcome of OU-TCU at that point. Assuming OU wins then it's either OSU (if they beat BYU) or OU (if OSU loses).
  5. The proper OUsux nomenclature is "we're handling it internally." E.G. "We watched a video of Joe Mixon punching out a co-ed. We will be handling his punishment internally."
  6. LOL that Gundy porcupine pic is from maybe 2008 or 2009? We’ve had several distinct phases of Gundyhair. 2005-08ish: high and tight 2009–13ish: peak porcupine 2014-19ish: MULLET 2020-present: wavy and moderately flowing, like the Arkansas River
  7. For sure. I think that us, Utah and K-State will have some absolute bloodbath games. I’m SUPER pumped that we get Utah in Stillwater next year. Should be fun. I have 100% respect for Whittingham and their program. I just think their fans don’t really understand how strong the middle/bottom of the Big 12 can be because they’re used to the middle/bottom of the PAC, which (this year notwithstanding) is normally complete shit. It’s one thing to get up for 2-4 games a year. But I mean if you don’t bring your “A” game to Lubbock, Ames, Ft Worth, Waco, Morgantown, etc., you’ll get cooked. As I noted earlier, Utah barley escaped Waco with a win against a pretty shitty Baylor team. KU used to be the easy W in the conference and they certainly aren’t that any more. I mean even the new guys can sneak up and get you if your’e not careful (worry about that for this weekend, TBH).
  8. LOL. Utah fans really are absolutely fucking insufferable, at least on social media. They are basically all convinced they will come in and absolutely dominate the new Big 12 from day 1. I mean, I know they are a good team, but it's a bit easier to win in a conference where like only 3-4 teams are actively trying to field a competitive program. I mean, it took a miracle for them to escape Waco with a win this year against one of the shittier Baylor teams in recent memory. I think they are going to find the middle/bottom of the new Big 12 WAY more challenging than the middle/bottom of the PAC, where you're playing in front of 10-20,000 disinterested fans.
  9. How exactly will Utah "exert influence?" Texas was able to do that mostly through just having the most money by far and a huge fan base AND being the flagship school in the most important state in the conference. Utah has none of that. They play in a 50,000-seat stadium in a relatively small state and their revenue is right in line with the rest of the new Big 12 schools.
  10. Outside of a few marquee matchups, B1G football makes the eyes bleed. That Iowa-Minnesota game a few weeks ago was a fucking abomination. I seriously can’t believe there are P5 programs that play like that in 2023.
  11. UCF and Houston are the two worst defenses in the league. If there was ever a time we could get Ollie a breather and get Nixon/Collins a boat-load of carries, it should be the next few weeks. Both teams will likely move the ball and score some points, but as long as we don't dick around and turn it over several times, I think we'll be fine. I mean, West Virginia is considerably better than both of those teams and we handled Morgantown OK... That said... this is OSU we're talking about, so who the fuck knows.
  12. LOL. They also played “Bye Bye Bye” after that.
  13. He’s had terrible body language his whole career. When he was a freshman at OU I was like, “well he’s a freshman… he’ll grow up…” But now he’s in his 3rd year and still doing it. I know he has all the talent in the world, but that would just be screaming red flags if I were an NFL scout evaluating him. I know he’ll still go #1 overall, but he has bust written all over him. He’s a front-running head case who can’t handle adversity. That’s gonna be rough when whatever shitty team drafts him and spends his first year in the NFL losing most games and getting his head beat in.
  14. I was actually bummed when the schedule came out this year and we didn’t get to play y’all one more time so us playing each other in the Big 12 title game would be pretty awesome. Honestly it’s still hard to process that we’re in this situation after watching us play our first 4 games, lol.
  15. Hahahahahahaha love it. Fuck OU. That is all. P.S. West Virginia will give OU all they can handle next week. They may drop 3 in a row.
  16. It's going to be so goddamn hilarious when the 5 people who post 20 times a day in this thread are making the same complaints about the SEC refs next year. I'm sure there will be some other grand conspiracy as to why Texas just "gets screwed" all the time in SECSECSEC. Can't wait to find out what it is.
  17. With all due respect, eat a bag of dicks. I've watched all of your games except Rice and Wyoming just because they were shit games. Sorry if cold-hard facts fly in the face of your Aggy-like conspiracy theory nonsense.
  18. Yeah I know how to read box scores too. But the important part is interpretation and putting those numbers into context. There's a perfectly reasonable explanation if you aren't wrapped up in conspiracy theory nonsense. You keep acting as if Alabama's offensive line is some kind of impenetrable fortress. They aren't. They've given up a shit-ton of sacks this year... in fact they are ranked 126th (!) in FBS having given up 35 sacks in 8 games. They are the worst on your schedule in that regard. Guess who the second-worst is? That's right: Baylor. They are ranked 108th, having given up 23 in 8 games. Meanwhile, OU, Kansas and BYU are all in the top 30 in the country in fewest sacks allowed, having given up 9, 10 and 12, respectively in 8 games each. Here's all of your opponents, in terms of how many sacks they have averaged giving up and how many Texas had: Opponent - Texas sacks - (avg. sacks) Rice - 2 (1.6) Bama - 5 (4.4) Wyoming - 1 (1.8) Baylor - 5 (2.9) KU - 0 (1.3) OU - 1 (1.1) Houston - 3 (2.4) BYU - 2 (1.5) Your sack totals are perfectly in-line with what your opponents' have been giving up. And in fact you sacked your opponents more times than their season average in 5 of your 8 games, including 3/5 Big 12 games. In no cases were your sack totals outlandishly low, considering what your opponents have done all year.
  19. Texas is first in the BIg 12 in rushing defense and tied for second in sacks. So it certainly seems you’re getting *some* pressure.
  20. I mean… Gundy’s percentages are obviously way off, but that’s a fucking dumb ass joke considering every hunter, construction worker and prison inmate in this state is a fucking OU t-shirt fan. You go to any shitty truck stop/convenient store in this state and all you’ll find is a shit ton of OU gear… especially in camo, lol.
  21. His comment about how all he could do was "kick him in the shins and run away" brought me the lulz.
  22. Fuck Tennessee for doing this but goddamn they are gorgeous.
