  1. We're still going to Disney for spring break. Because of cancellations was able to use miles to book flights for free (instead of driving).

So just hoping they keep the park(s) open...Tokyo Disney is re-opening next week so that's a promising sign.

  2. Man some of you have issues.

If he goes to a final four this year then follows it up with another deep run, then it's probably proof enough that he's turned whatever corner he's been stuck behind since he got here. That won't be "all in", but certainly enough to think he could stay a while longer.

But that's highly unlikely to happen.

  3. Klobs would have been good, so would Tulsi, Warren is too much of a liar to vote for

Don’t understand all the support for Warren on this board. Lousy candidate but should be considered for a cabinet position if Biden wins.

  4. I still think Texas is a long shot, but I think Beto woke a lot of people up, myself included.  I think we will see a lot of MJ (or whatever dem) votes as part of a Beto backlash.  I still don't think it will be enough to win, but it will be relatively close.  At least that's what I tell myself.

Beto did well because Cruz is a raging asshole. His stances on the issues was just too far to the left for Texas.

Cronyn isn’t a raging asshole, so he should get re-elected easily. Sucks because MJ looks like a great candidate.
  5. Here's the formula:

    Quadrant 1 (Q1): Home (1-30) Neutral (1-50) Away (1-75)
    Quadrant 2 (Q2): Home (31-75) Neutral (51-100) Away (76-135)
    Quadrant 3 (Q3): Home (76-160) Neutral (101-200) Away (136-240)
    Quadrant 4 (Q4): Home (161-353) Neutral (201-353) Away (241-353)

Whatever it is it probably drops a quadrant or so since they're playing us at the Erwin center. I forget the exact numbers but home and away games affect how games count in terms of quadrants.

76 is the threshold for Quad 2/3, win at home so a win over OSU would be a Q2 win right now (they are 71). If they fall to 76 or lower then it's a Q3 win.

If Warren endorses Biden or seeks a job in his administration, it pretty much ruins whatever legacy she has created over the last decade. She'd be known as the biggest traitor to the progressive movement. I'd be shocked.

LOL she doesn't care. She will do what she's told.

    Democratic Machine always wins.

These threads sure have gone off the rails, I guess that’s the genesis of the Cloak Room though.

Walked in today and cast my first vote in a Democratic primary. It felt a little odd just for the record.

There's more than a few blindly partisan drama queens who have no concept of the big picture. Just use the ignore feature liberally to filter out the worst offenders.

That's a pretty bold projection at this point, but Wasserman doesn't usually end up retracting calls. Must be seeing something convincing in the remaining election day votes.

Because Tarrant, Dallas, and Harris counties have yet to report and the exit polls probably indicate a Biden win there.

Why the fuck is Bloomberg still getting 20 percent in this state? I realize the republicans are dumbasses. Please not the Democrats too.

dumbassery has always crossed party lines in equal amounts.
