  1. Nachos....... Sent from my SM-A515U using Tapatalk
  2. Speaking of which. I got home Monday after work and my daughter (who leave about 45 minutes away) was sitting in the kitchen talking to my wife when I got home. Total surprise, but it was just nice.
  3. One the things I do with my 24 yo daughter. Watching softball together has always kinda been our thing. When she was stationed in S. Korea, I turned on the first softball game of the season and grabbed a beer. Obviouly hadn't seen her in awhile. Suddenly got a text with "Did you see that catch???" It had to be like 2 in the morning there
  4. Life changing. So glad I got that instead of a new grill.
  5. Thanks. fixed I think
  6. He is a Senator elected by the State of Texas to represent Texas. He's seems to have spent most of his time today representing Georgia.
  7. And somehow, Sen. Cruz tweeted about MLB's all star game 12 times today I think........Nothing about, you know, fixing our state
  8. But can we keep the 2 run differential???? 33 - 1908 Cardinals
  9. Any idea what channel the game is on tonight? Mavs are on Fox Sport SW
  10. 1) Onion Rings 2) Tots 3)Fries However, the tots have to be pretty much cooked perfectly. If they're cold or not crunchy they taste like ass real quick
  11. Padres have always been my "other" team. so I'm glad for them.
  12. Thanks. doing stuff with the family so I'm just looking at the score everyonce in a while. misread the box on the error
  13. Padres Musgrove through 6 v Rangers
  14. Anyone catch what the error on the Padres was? i missed it
  15. I think, and I maybe totally off. But a large snow storm in the northeast could knock out several teams for a few days. But, rain in the southeast of California probably would only knock out 1 or 2 teams probably for one day. For example, the week long snow stor Texas experienced a month ago if it occurred now, would really only affect the Rangers and Astros. That same size storm hits the Northeast and it would affect what, like ten teams?
  16. I think Leody needs more time in the minors. Maybe bring DD up and him down once the minors restart? Not sure what the 40 man would need to change for that though
  17. Also, Ian Kennedy is sporting a -0.78 FIP. Had no idea it was possible to be negative
  18. Taveras is turning into my new Odor.....Fuck
  19. I would think that they would want all the teams to be within a game or 2 of games played. Probably would be weird to see the Yankees play 25 games to Houston's 30. Not to mention it could seem a little unfair for Houston (or some other team) to have a bunch more days off in August or September when the playoffs start getting closer
  20. Gonna try this tonight
  21. You sent me down a rabbit hole for the last two hours of "work." I couldn't find anything definitive, but anecdotal from all the articles I read, it appears that about 40% of all weather postponements occur in April. I figured it would be the highest, but not that high
  22. @Helobious is correct. the main reason is weather. Opening Day is the biggest ticket selling day of the regular season. On the off chance that day is postponed due to weather, this gives them either the next day, or the fourth day to still have the "Opener." It effectively adds an extra off day in the first week for a make up day. (same for if the 3rd game of a series is postponed. just moved to the next off day, rather than a prolonged wait)
  23. So....Thyme is on your side?
  24. @Vic Mackey is all like 2, 1
