Here’s K Coach repeating himself several times towards the end of the clip. But, yeah, he was a shitty coach because he said the same thing more than once. 🙄
  2. Just win baby also worked when Al Davis said it back in the day.
  3. A little modification: Tottenham get battered even while at home, Tottenham get battered even while at home . . . even while at home.
  4. That look on his face. I swear, I bet he’s said “don’t judge me” multiple times in his life, which is ironic.
  5. You’re not wrong. But, if the refs are going to get paid to screw over Texas, whether they would do it anyway is immaterial. The refs’ have to take the money, I mean, why wouldn’t they? Call it a two for one.
  6. Like Peter Frampton, Joe Walsh natural or more like Richie Sambora?
  7. This is really going to piss off the San Antonio twits. First, a Texas Longhorn flag flying high above SA downtown before the Alamo Bowl, now the Alamo supporting TCU. What about UTSA!?!?
  8. Maybe. Maybe not. But, sometimes you gotta roll with the changes. So, you never know.
  9. Two for one post. Eight is Enough. And, Adam Rich (Nicholas on the show) has died at age 54. Also, if I recall correctly, it was Spearchucker Jones. Not racist, because he was known for his prowess in throwing the javelin really well. Wink, wink, nudge, nudge.
  10. Stupid Sip, from the outside looking in, you can’t understand it. And from the inside looking out, you can’t explain it.
  11. Would be like more like, “Jones announced” followed by 15 minutes of silence, then ”The Texas Farm Bureau has been serving and supporting Aggie farmers for over 125 years. The Texas Farm Bureau, proud official sponsor of Texas Aggie athletics. Tune in folks for Lady Aggie basketball versus McNeese State this Tuesday at 7pm on your aggy radio network. That’s all for tonight folks, thank you for joining us.”
  12. Exactly. You posted to my response in dispute to an earlier post that indicated that Suarez was released by Liverpool due to the bite. Sorry for any confusion, thought you were also indicating Liverpool was trying to get rid of him the year before.
  13. I blame UT. This is how all of this could have been handled: CDC - Michael Tom - Eltife Beard - Fredo
  14. Yes, the move to Barca was in the works, but not because Liverpool wanted to get rid of him. Suarez wanted the move to Barca, even in 2013. I mean, c’mon, he was going to play with Messi and Neymar. Liverpool did not want to get short changed on a release clause and extended his contract to enable a higher buyout to 75 million pounds. Recall Arsenal previously tried to trigger his previous release clause of 40 million adding one pound to the offer. This story comports with my recollection of the events: https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/luis-suarezs-transfer-liverpool-barcelona-3844797 Former Liverpool manager Brendan Rodger’s statement at the time on Liverpool’s official website: “The club have done all they can over a sustained period of time to try to keep Luis at Liverpool. It is with great reluctance and following lengthy discussions we have eventually agreed to his wishes to move to Spain for new experiences and challenges. We wish him and his young family well; we will always consider them to be friends.” Now we return you to this site’s regularly scheduled coverage of Beard’s firing.
  15. Suarez got three bites. The first was while he was with Ajax in 2010. Liverpool actually signed him while he was under suspension by the Dutch league for that bite. While with Liverpool, he also bit Chelsea’s Ivanovic in 2013, served a 10 game suspension, but stayed with the club for another season and was named league player of the year. I don’t recall Liverpool wanting to get rid of him, rather he wanted to go to Barca. All that said, I now think Beard should go abroad for a few years and coach in Spain, Italy, or Brazil. Come back rehabilitated and able to speak another language.
  16. I had forgotten a lot about Petrino. I just remember the don’t care, had sex meme. But, after the following opening paragraph, I had to read the whole thing. Very entertaining,. Why hasn’t there yet been a movie made?
  17. What is “it.” Rather not move on to a killer, after . . . you know.
  18. The issue is not the lawyer running out of breath, it more about the client running out of money.
  19. Get ready for the new tradition: the 112th man.
  20. Same here. But, without any of the other dudes in the room and I would leave right after I was done. By the way, I gotta wonder if Kelly told the team “Let’s start this year with a bang.” Maybe he’s to blame.
  21. Tottenham get battered everywhere they go. Tottenham get battered everywhere they go . . . everywhere they go.
