  1. Since it's been noted the brass wasn't policed, rather dropped at the scene: I'd bet that gun is black market or stolen, so shooter clearly doesn't care about policing the brass, and would guess he purchased the rounds out of state and loaded them into the mag with gloves to avoid any fingerprints on them.  That said, again, too much of this seems to be thought out.  Hoodie blocking the camera view, I'd bet a mask on, suppressor to avoid triggering the gunshot sensors within Manhattan, no innocent bystanders hit...  The gun might turn up, but the hitman is a ghost or has already swallowed the barrel himself.

  2. He's got bigger things to fear, like the charges stemming from his days as a youth leader at a church in Waco or making sure he sands the edges of the glory holes on the outhouse atop the bonfire that won't get lit because of the burn ban.

Yeah no flag in that is complete horseshit. Shedeur probably wasn’t flagged because the ref was trying to separate the players and didn’t know if he was shoved directly or if he was just in the way of the shoving match between players.

That was my guess to begin with, but the footage was available and surely was seen by the league office.  Again, action should have been taken against multiple players by the Rig12 after the fact.  Had that been Kansas' QB, Mar would have ejected him on the spot after a booth review.

  4. So, overheard a greeter at church this morning bragging about how aggy was getting some big checks from Auburn and South Carolina for the storming of Normandy the field after their respective games.  Was the most aggy form of coping I've heard to date.

Impressive rap sheet - 40 charges and counting. Not shocking the guy's out and about and an innocent woman paid the price with her life.

This is where you should be able to sue the DA for gross negligence in the failures to prosecute scum like this asshole.  He (Jose Garza) should be held liable for the woman's life.

I’m sure in January cops are gonna be so pumped to be writing bullshit tickets left and right. I feel like once COVID hit, the cops just stopped pulling people over. Now they’re fired up and ready to get back out there like the pre-COVID days.

I doubt it'll go back to pre-Covid conditions.  You forget, without a competent DA / CA in office, the police aren't going to deal with the paperwork if the DA / CA is just going to toss it.  Until Garza is gone, it's going to be reactive policing.

I understand why posters on this board hate the Big 12.  I don't understand why people in the CFB media apparatus do.  It's always unpredictable, it's always entertaining, and generally shows off a lot of what people like about college football.  Just without blue bloods.  Which, while certainly a reason to pay it less, doesn't feel like a good reason to be so blatantly hostile and dismissive.

You could replace the Big 12 with MWC, AAC, etc.  Without the big names, it's just a bunch of scrappy teams that get 50K seats filled up on a given Saturday playing to get their game on a tier 3 streaming platform.  It's a fun Saturday when you're from Stephenville to go check out the Tarleton State home game and pound a few beers pre-game, but it's not something that the region or nation follows.
