  1. Thanks for the tickets Wulaw. Great seats!
  2. If it's anything like it was in 2017, you're already too late. I found that, unless it is an "all fans" giveaway, you are better off just buying the damn thing on eBay.
  3. I think we can end the Pedro Baez experiment:
  4. We need Yordan in this lineup in a bad way.
  5. I fucking hate Jake Odorizzi. I can't wait for the last time he pitches for the Astros.
  6. I really hate Odorizzi days. It beats an off day though.
  7. A random Tuesday? But seriously, maybe Father's Day or your dad's birthday?
  8. Sill waiting on the novelty of the Bunker Hill HEB to wear off. It's only been 10 years or so. Any day now I'm sure.
  9. Hard to top Dylan releasing Bringing It All Back Home, Highway 61 Revisited, and Blonde on Blonde in the span of 18 months or so.
  10. To be fair, I haven't tried it, but from what I've seen, the actual BBQ doesn't look very good. It seems like the place gets by on birria tacos and brisket-boudain-mac and cheese quesadillas. It certainly seems popular with the Astros twitter crowd though.
  11. Yep. Should have been on third for that Tucker fly out.
  12. I'm a big fan of Feges' ribs, and the brisket is fantastic on a good day. They seem to be a little inconsistent though. I've had a couple of pretty meh trips. The pickles never miss tough.
  13. Can't believe Dave Roberts robbed us all of the chance to watch Kershaw blow the perfect game on his own.
  14. Tried Roegel's Katy location on Saturday. Brisket was pretty solid, but definitely not in the same tier as Truth or even Pinkerton's. The jalapeno-cheese sausage was also good. The pork belly really stole the show and is worth stopping in for. I also ordered a half chicken and diced it up for tacos the next day. Brett's it still the best place in the area, but Roegel's is a solid option, particularly until Brett's moves to its new location with hopefully improved parking, and much better than Dozier's.
  15. New music from Arlo McKinley. Can't wait for the new album. I thought his last release was great.
  16. Aren't we 8.5 hours from first pitch?
  17. Daddy Duncan's is fine, but it most certainly is not in the top-10 in the state. It might not even be top 5 in the Houston area.
