  1. And this “discount” has zero to do with what prices they bill insurance companies. It’s for cash pay patients. I already told my wife that she needs be ready tomorrow to have a bunch of dipshits demanding a 50% discount like the orange for promised, on all scripts, even if using insurance and even if they aren’t made by Pfizer. ETA that some drugs might be discounted to State Medicaid programs.
  2. Cannabis stuff had a great day yesterday because of a social media post from Trump I guess? Thinking about scraping some gains off of my TLRY holdings, which are up about 55% for me (up 40% in the last week).
  3. Of course my position is down 8.5%, already, but I’m not concerned at all. I’m in the game.
  4. I feel like I’m way too late to get in on this one now. However, stonks gonna stink so I’m in as of today. I’ll just let my $ double and then sell enough to get my initial back and then just see how moon the moon is!
  5. I think it’s 12, but I don’t do federal stuff.
  6. Deleted, because my questions were already addressed upthread.
  7. Awesome! With data like that, the Fed now has room to keep interest rates constant or even tick them back up to get rid if the pesky inflation! I’m sure Trump would be totally cool with that.
  8. Your overall point is 100% on point, but, and I know you aren’t literally making claims about the named players politics, Cunningham’s family probably doesn’t fit the mold. His dad ran for office as a democrat and with his stepmom, Aimee, have donated high six figures to Democrats candidates over the years. They were a big enough deal to host a massive fundraiser dinner in their home that was attended in person by Obama. Your point stands though, because o think they are the outliers. * I only learned this stuff because Aimee was at my table when I was doing volunteer lawyer stuff for the 2018 midterms on Election Day. It’s crazy to go back that place mentally and recall the sheer enthusiasm, energy and belief we all had. The rest is just a bunch of disappointment and rage really. ETA: She was super low key. Just sitting a a table of volunteers taking calls like everyone else. I only thought to look her up when Justin Nelson, the AG candidate walked over and just casually invited her to fly with him and his crew that night to El Paso to watch the returns with Beto and his family. I was like…”this lady seems like a big deal.” She actually declined the invite because Brock had a game that night.
  9. This somewhat, but most notably, if Ted Lange is asking specifically about Comey’s criminal trial, that testimony is not likely admissible anyway.
  10. This has a simple solution. Someone worth a fuck with the platform to do so…just ask for the agent who discovered the casings to release his bodycam footage immediately. When they refuse/fail to do so, there’s the answer.
  11. I’m in. Just tell me when to sell it.
  12. Yeah. The report, if/when released is going to cite the limited studies already conducted previously, but with a different conclusion. * With additional proof of the lack of diagnoses in Amish communities to establish that conclusion. *** Has anyone ever bothered to posit that maybe electricity causes ASD?
  13. Lol. Who gives a fuck about the report? What % of Americans can even get through the abstract?
  14. That’s correct, but a threat made to the affiliate owners has a direct impact on the actual network. They need the programs on the air.
  15. I get my Porsche certified Pirellis (actually a different model number than the “regular” Scorpion Verde A/S) at Discount Tire and they are definitely cheaper than the dealership and I don’t have to pay the $300+/hour labor rate that they charge.
  16. Just hang up some Quran pages/passages.
  17. He asserted the Haitian dog eating hoax. He said that Ketanji Brown lacked the brain power to otherwise be taken seriously and only was taken seriously because she “stole a white mans ‘s slot.” In other words, you’re doing a LOT of heavy lifting to defend everything Kirk ever said basically. You don’t have to do that. It’s ok.
  18. I think you’d be surprised, and I say that with a meager sample set of about 500 inmates that I have represented in my career.
  19. That’s not how any of this works.
  20. For anyone who cancelled their Disney products, I do have one extra for Saturday that I can give someone at zero cost. Maybe just buy the first round of beers?
  21. I guess mine isn’t like the ones you know because he sure as fuck doesn’t have an iPad to cuddle up and watch shit on yet. Plenty of time for him to go into the personal screen abyss later. ETA: Obviously, there is still good info in your suggestion. I would just run the stuff on the TV’s in the home instead of a personal device that he holds.
  22. What is the best, smoothest, user friendly way to watch Disney programming without them benefiting from me financially? I have the bundle, so I know that first, I need to switch from Hulu Live to YouTube TV for most regular programming stuff. I have a 2 year old and bluey/Mickey Mouse Club are a big deal for him. He will/would totally understand at a later time, but for now it would suck. ETA: “Cars”. Holy shit that’s his favorite thing ever.
  23. To be fair, the CBS thing was but different. It wasn’t that he said Trump raped someone. He said that Trump was “convicted of rape”, when those actual counts were acquittals. It’s not much of a difference but the verbiage used made it a specific statement made that was not true. That said, a retraction should have been enough and settling wasn’t necessarily the only option since, IMO, the malice requirement and damages issues were still ripe for a fight.
