  1. Flipping people off is fun in real life and on the internet. No big mystery.
  2. I had an i4 loaner while my iX was getting service, I have to say I was not super impressed with the performance. It was a I guess a base model, so that probably has something to do with it, but the iX is significantly more fun imo. And the iX isn't even close to my old X5M itself as far as chassis.
  3. Zelenskyy is actually a good example of what I was referencing earlier on messaging and psychology of dress. He was an actor and is acutely aware of the symbolism, and is actively communicating with his outfits during wartime.
  4. Might be the most well liked Champ in recent memory.
  5. Goddamn I hope nobody buying suits at the fucking mall.
  6. Not in my experience, and I was born late 70s. I started seeing it with my little brother's generation.

  8. Nice looker there hookit!
  9. Oh for sure. And tagging on my earlier post about being introverted, I think people misconstrue introversion with social awkwardness, which is not remotely the same, though they can exist concurrently. I can fall in with just about anyone and I'm generally a pretty agreeable sort. The difference is it's a net energy expenditure for me, where extroverts get energy from social interaction. I think you hit the nail on the head though.
  10. Oh, I think I should point out I'm a mega introvert. The status quo actually suits me fine. Our neighbors do the whole pull lawn chairs into the driveway and have drinks thing that @royiv describes pretty often, I draw the curtains and hide. Not that I don't like my neighbors, they are actually pretty good, but the last thing I want to do all day after having to interact with people is talk to another human. Give me a book and a cocktail so I can recover. I don't think that extroverts can truly understand the energy cost it takes an introvert to interact. Some understand that it exists, but that's not the same as really getting the feeling. Once my tank is drained, I have to top it up with alone time.
  11. Saw that on IG earlier. Hawt
  12. We have them every now and again. We actually did one on the street about I dunno, 8 years ago or so where we all did the 23 and Me thing and had a reveal party, which was actually kind of fun. You had to cook a dish that was what you thought you were, then we revealed to see what we actually were. In case anyone is wondering, I was 99% Anglo, so I'm probably the whitest motherfucker any of y'all ever came across. Practically clear. The one marginally racist guy on the street ended up have like 7% Indo African DNA. LOL.

  14. Eh, if it was anything but clothing I may agree. But if you just on the spot made me say the first thing that comes to mind about Boomers, I can almost guarantee the words out of my mouth would be "slovenly dressed". As a Gen X I realize that I am throwing rocks in a glass house, but from Millennials on people are a shitload better put together than the sweatshirt generation.
  15. Probably equal to the point in the ride where the pirates of the Caribbean fire their broadside if I had to guess
  16. As an aside, you haven't lived until you've done Small World on acid.
