I work in conversational AI at Insync.AI.
What goes over most people's head is that Language Models like ChatGPT and Bard aren't Knowledge Models. They are merely predictive models of what they expect to come next in the word/sentence/paragraph based on what it has seen.
They don't actually "know" anything at all. They are like 9.95's in that way.
I don't know anything about baseball - almost literally - but it was evident to me that Gordon was about to give it up well before we pulled him. They started getting contact on every ball he threw starting in the 3rd (if you'd like to debate that, talk to the stewardess serving me gin and refer to the part about me not knowing shit about baseball before you reply)
I would kill to get out of LA. I'd kill two if it meant I could get back to Austin.
I have an actual f'n socialist leading my district's city council race. Ridiculous.
The difference between the thought system that maninblack and you are espousing and what you call the "company line" is that for you, having an underlying condition (or being one of the 10% that you just write off completely) is a justified death sentence rather than the avoidable problem that it is.
If everyone who thought you like had simply put on a mask and socially distanced - or better still, be open to the idea of contact tracing (oh nose my privacy!) - we would already be out of this nonsense.
Selfish people who only care about themselves (people who don't care about the 90% with underlying conditions and the 10% who don't) are the reason this sucks so much.
I hate Pelosi too - but I'm not a selfish idiot dead set on destroying our country for some ridiculous sense of personal freedom that equates to a refusal to protect your neighbors, loved ones, and fellow Americans.

No. It's not estimated to be similar to the flu.
The flu has a mortality rate well below .01%. https://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/burden/2018-2019.html
This is expected to have mortality rates of .06%-1% in the U.S (2% on average worldwide, 3.4% peak). That is a range of 6-10x deadlier than the flu and far more contagious.
i just don't read it that way. Yes, Rick was done here. True, he's not coming back. Knowing both of those things he's still a coach that was able to go from one school to another and compete at a higher level than our current coach. That he was here should help us collectively understand where the bar should be and how short of it we currently are.
I read Derka's Rick posts with an eye on Texas, not on Rick. If he's a Rick apologist I missed it.
That got my attention too. QB is RS Senior with 3 years starting experience.
Our young secondary will take some lumps in this game if our DL give this guy time.
BTW - I like the idea of us making mistakes in this game provided we win. I want LSU to be as over confident as possible because I know we're going to show up for that one.
