  1. Vandy probably going to be the #2 National Seed. They deserve it at the very least in my opinion. 18–11 in the SEC, having not gotten to play Missouri or South Carolina, is very impressive
  2. That is the way baseball goes
  3. I’d rest Mendoza and Galvan. DH Belyeu, that will let you play Jonah, Tommy, and Will as well
  4. That is what is impressive about them. They have lost more players than anybody in the SEC and they just keep winning
  5. Read somewhere the other day that no team that has started worse than 2-10 in SEC play has ever made the NCAA tournament. Florida started 1-11 and not only are they going to make the tournament but if they sweep Bama they might actually host. Pretty insane turnaround by the Gators
  6. Outright Champs!!
  7. If Tenn holds on tonight Texas will be the #1 National Seed
  8. Hey Tennessee, we are sending David Crockett back for 6 more outs
  9. Even when he is off he is on
  10. Welcome fucking back Max
  11. Hope that is just a cramp with Galvan
  12. No reason not to bunt with Jalin but also no reason he should be batting 4th yet here we are
  13. Get Dylan up in that bullpen
  14. Let’s fucking go!!!!
  15. I believe, Tommy
  16. I wouldn’t mind Jonah showing bunt on the first pitch here, make OU make a play Edit: Well… nevermind
  17. That was a strike???
  18. Will not in the lineup…
  19. Yep! They should go even further in my opinion and reduce the number of teams allowed in the tournament.
  20. More of the lower conferences that tend to be 1 bid leagues need to do what the Southland is doing this year to protect their best teams. Brain dead not too
  21. Opponents hit .270 against him last year. He was more a quality inning eater than an elite pitcher that could mow down an elite lineup. Big reason why they rolled with Lebarron against A&M in the regional. The slider has gotten much better which is why he has taken a massive step forward, relies less on batted ball luck because the slider is a legit put away pitch. Last year he was pretty much Tristan Stevens. Ruger looks fatigued, fastball is down to 92. Evidently Max and Schloss don’t think it is a concern. Don’t have any inside info to operate on. See post above on Jason This weekend is the last opportunity you’ll have outside of the conference tournament to take a look at some guys (Saunier/Howard) that have shown promise the 2nd half of the season There is no guarantee we will play more than one game in Hoover. Cody’s last 11.2 innings he hasn’t allowed a run and struck out 13
  22. We did start Grubbs already against Arkansas and he got rocked 2nd time through the order, his stuff plays better out of the bullpen. He doesn’t have anything to take the hitters eyes up, he lives at the bottom, once Arkansas figured that out they started teeing off on his slider
  23. Flores has not been good in conference play, right handed Kade Bing, better stuff, higher ceiling, and worse command. He’s allowing 2 base runners an inning in conference play. 14.1 IP - 10 H - 9 BBs - 8 HBPs Wish they would have skipped Ruger’s start this past weekend. Based on Schloss’ comments with Zach in his OB interview, Saunier or Howard is probably getting a start this weekend which I like, wish it would have happened this past weekend. I don’t think they will but I don’t see the downside to starting Saunier/Howard on Thursday and keeping Ruger and Harrison on normal rest
