Oregon plays one more (currently) ranked opponent this season when Indiana visits 10/11. Otherwise the next toughest game could plausibly when they have to play Iowa out in the null field enveloping Kinnick Stadium, rather than the final game against Washington.
Now that Penn State has lost to Oregon, they may very well have 3 conference losses by the end of the year. They play at Iowa, get a bye, then visit Ohio State followed by hosting Indiana. I would not be surprised if they go 1-2 in that stretch.
As far as the SEC, we'll see how it shakes out. In current SP+ we have the number 1 defense, but offense is 51st. If offense moves up to semi competent in conference play, should do all right.
I thought it was funny in another thread reading a worry that A&M might be undefeated by the end of the season when we play them. That will be the day. But even if it did happen, it would make beating them actually meaningful and sweeter, unlike most times when it is just expected.
