  1. I have an offer to trade my Sea-Dweller 16600 plus a little cash on my end for a used but in great condition IWC Portuguese Auto 7 day like The Royal We posted above. They also have an IWC Big Pilot there. The SD sit in the safe. If I want to wear a Rolex, I always pull out the Pepsi GMT. I have always lusted after that IWC and have too many sports watches but no real dressier watch. Am I nuts? As an aside, just looked at the old receipt in the box for the SD. I paid $3995 in 2004. These things got expensive over the past 15 years..
  2. Freaky Styley and Uplift Mofo Party Plan were peak Chili Peppers for me. Once BSSM was released, I tapped out.
  3. None taken. My response was specifically to answer Bear who literally asked if anyone here had one.
  4. I have one and really like it. It is a great workout and a good complement to other stuff I do. The instructors include fitness bunnies to former/current TdF riders. There is a supportive online community if that is your thing (I could care less). You can make it competitive with the output leaderboard or with your previous personal best. I am pretty much toasted after a 45-60 min class. It is expensive, but we all waste money on hobbies and interests. There are some pretty good yoga classes that you can stream off the bike as well.
  5. Update, we just worked to get them "close" all around. Not trying to go full OCD with the drum tuner at each location. Less tail chasing and a lot more even across the entire drum head. Sounds significantly better than before.
  6. We do try and follow a star pattern. The main issue is getting one side pretty solid, flipping to the bottom to tune, then the top is out again. Maybe youtube university this weekend... We had them pretty good initially, but he usually plays with mute pads so I think the initial stretch from new was never noticed and they ended up pretty off. We probably need to get them close and make more micro adjustments over time. Appreciate the responses.
  7. Post the demo! Those look bad ass. As an aside, any advice on tuning? I am working to try and help my son with tuning his. We got one of those tuning devices you set on the head. Every adjustment somewhere leads to another adjustment somewhere else. I feel like we are chasing our tails a bit.
  8. Here you go. The serial number is US18082870, for your inventory documentation https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/TeleAPDR3SB--fender-american-professional-deluxe-shawbucker-telecaster-3-color-sunburst-with-rosewood-fingerboard
  9. Deej, your obvious guitar to amp ratio issue has an easy solution. More guitars. We are here to help.
  10. Just followed the Sweetwater link to the D’Angelico. You Deadheads may just want to double down.
  11. When you buy it, you should refinish it half red/half blue with a white lightning bolt down the middle.
  12. I'm in. Just put down the $100. Admittedly, I like the weird styling (I owned a Delorean at one time). It will look great sitting next to my 93 Toyota.
  13. Same issue with the Apple TV. I ended up watching multiple spoilers rewinding the Mandalorian to watch it after my family saw it the day before. Hopefully they fix that soon.
  14. I had that guitar. It is actually sounds really great. Fender makes a great modeling amp that will give her some tone options to play with (both presets and her own saved favorites). https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/Mustang1V2--fender-mustang-i-v2-20-watt-1x8-inch-modeling-combo-amp. Any cable is fine. I would let her pick the strap she likes. There are a million styles and materials. Couch has some pretty cool designs. https://www.couchguitarstraps.com/guitar-straps. And make sure to get the guitar a good set up if you haven't already.
  15. Good to hear Brat. I would anticipate that my teen will adapt to the dash pretty quickly. Here is a pic of my now sold Jeep to make amends for Honda talk.
  16. I had the best luck with Mother's Back to Black. Not perfect, but made a huge difference.
  17. Not to thread hijack, but how do you like that Civic Brat? I am looking at a Sport for my son right now.
  18. Unless you go custom shop, this is about as close as I can find. http://glguitars.com/product/asat-classic-bluesboy-90/
  19. Yamaha Revstar https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/RevStar502TG--yamaha-revstar-rs502t-with-aluminum-tailpiece-bowden-green Bisgsby option is the tits. https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/RS702BB--yamaha-rs702b-revstar-black
  20. G&L ASAT Junior II would be another option http://glguitars.com/product/asat-junior-ii/
  21. Awesome. Looking for the music for this now.
  22. Pics of new guitar bought with funds from sale please.
  23. Depending on how small she is, a 3/4 scale Yamaha could be just the ticket. They are usually considered "kid's" guitars but they actually play and sound pretty good. Especially for just starting out. I would budget a bit to get any guitar set up. Most of the guitars in that price range have the action pretty high. A little adjustment and it will likely be a lot more fun for her. My son started on this one. I found it fun to play as well. https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/JR1--yamaha-jr1-3-4-size-dreadnought-natural https://www.guitarcenter.com/Yamaha/JR2-3-4-Scale-Folk-Guitar-Tobacco-Sunburst-1327507869492.gc#productDetail
  24. Only 2 more shopping weeks until internet sales tax day. Get to work everyone.
