Tony must be from Dallas and never had fideo.- Shit I've Cooked Lately
- Check out these fucking chips
Russet potatoe sliced on a mandoline. Rinse with water a few times to remove excess starch. Pre boil them in water with a little vinegar for 3 minutes. Dry off, I normally put them uncovered in the fridge to help this. Fry em up with oil around 375. Salt and pepper as soon as they are done. The last batch for me I seasoned with Tony C's. Only make them every ounce in a while due to the whole process. Also made fried pickles. They were gone too fast for pictures.- Check out these fucking chips

If you put a good 2 to 3 inches of mulch and weeds should not be a problem.- San Antonio
Fish city grill is a legit scratch kitchen with a patio area. A little on the pricey side but good shrimp and grits. Stone works big Rock grille. Nice patio area, little more pricey good ribeye. The longhorn Cafe. Decent burgers and chicken fried steak. Has a small patio area more casual. Stouts Pizza has a patio area also with a good beer selection at shaenfield and 1604. At Bandera and 1604 you have sea island shrimp house with a patio area. Not fancy at all but good bang for the buck. Not sure on dog policy for any of theese but all decent to good.food.- San Antonio

It is a struggle but nuking it helps the cheese melt a little and hold it together.- Hey Steel Shank!
