  1. Trump is informed at the level of a rural gas station attendant. Yes, he is at the level of the person manning the register at the Exxon in Mexia. He shouldn't be compared to past Presidents.

Lots of BETO signs at houses in King William during the Fiesta King William fair. I believe he is making an appearance at one of the homes in about 30 mins.

Sounds about right for that area.

  3. In my twenties, I was working 12+ hours a day 6 days a week during the dot com bubble. I once did 38 days straight and pretty much lived at my desk or in the data center. 30 hour shifts were not unusual. I was going for the Mark Cuban broadcast.com money.

I didn't become a tech billionaire. Fuck working long hours.

  4. I just heard John Brennan being interviewed on NPR. He was mainly discussing Trump's treatment of the Intelligence Community but the conversation got a little awkward at the end.

Brennan stated that the CIA does not break the law. The NPR interviewer replied "but the CIA does steal secrets overseas". Brennan replied, yes but the CIA isn't breaking the law in the U.S. His answer made sense, it's international espionage. But then he said, the CIA doesn't break the law, it doesn't kill people, like some are saying.

NPR interviewer: well the CIA has committed targeted assassinations in its history. Drone strikes for example.

Brennan: No, the CIA doesn't kill people.

    NPR interviewer: but...

Brennan: The CIA has never publicly acknowledged any assassinations and hasn't broken U.S. law. If it had, well I wouldn't be acknowledging it, the CIA hasn't broken the law.

    Awkward silence....

NPR interviewer: Thank you for ...

Trump is using the IC conspiracy as a smoke screen but that doesn't mean people shouldn't be extremely skeptical of the IC.

There's also a sort of Murder on the Orient Express angle to it. Maybe err'body killed Kennedy: Hoover's FBI, CIA, the mob, and even some Russkies.

That was 14 year old F250's understanding of the conspiracy. I didn't realize there were competing theories. I just thought it was the Russians, Mob, Cubans, LBJ, CIA and Free Masons working together.
