  1. Huh. Very surprised at Campbell, pretty sad about Goosby, kind of πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ on Baker, I think the did the math wrong on Hutson, and they should flip Brooks and Stroh. That zero is impressive, tho. I'm not sure how one accomplishes such a feat, but here are.
  2. Dude, Banks was an aberration, and Worthy was inconsistent, but made enough plays and has the speed that got him drafted. No one, and I mean no one were going to make Banks bad. He came in the summer and took the job. He was an All-American as a soph and Jr. Sure, I guess we'll give Sark credit for him landing in his lap and his IQ and work ethic were off the charts since he wore Texas across his chest. Worthy also landed in his lap, and wss a freshman All-American.
  3. He has to stop throwing into triple coverage. We don't have the WR's that have the work ethic to get stronger hands to bully the DBs and take it away from them. Wingo may look the part, but his hands are soft af. He'll make two catches on the ground, but if thrown deep into coverage he's either lost or he bumbles the ball.
  4. Arch really, really needs to work on touch and spin, as well as distance to the intended receiver. Wingo needs to use the JUGS machine until he can't feel his hands every single day for a minimum of an hour. That's how you get better. Do the little things. Everything. Even on your day off. Same for RB's. I'll try and find the video of Julio Jones/Odell Beckham Jr doing it upside down (not comparing the two, just saying there's a difference in those who want it and use strong work erhic- Jeremiah Smith/Ryan Williams and those who show up to practice - Wingo). Sorry, I looked and for the videos but can't find them. I remember the Jones one vividly, but can't find it. But looking him up his strong work ethic and "want it" are off the charts. Same with ODJ/Hopkins/Justin Jefferson. Nah, man. I think he's locked in for good. No worries there on my part.
  5. I think it's part of our collective "hope" because so and so had a bad season ans then the next year they exploded onto the scene. It's not really his fault, we all do this. The 2018 Joe Burrow to 2019 Joe Burrow comparisons get tossed around and it's a feeding frenzy for hope. My hope is the recruits don't bail. We need Derek Cooper in the worst way, and that D-line haul, especially if we can back into a Dre Quinn commitment.
  6. Of course we can. But right now we just lost to a 1-3 Florida team. That shit is embarrassing enough that we went from #9 to out of the rankings. That's like some Michigan losing to Appalachian State drop-off. Napier/UF is so bad, when we lost to him, even the pudints were in shock. We're all still in shock, and will be for the entire week. The similarities are eerie. They were #5 and dropped out. We were #9 and dropped out. At what point should we panic? Because I think losing to an inept Florida team, combined with sluggish wins against SJSU and UTEP would signal something is wrong.
  7. If Arch can use his legs more, it would benefit greatly. But a collapsing line is hard to get that going. Just trot out Goosby-Brooks-Robertson-Kibble-Baker. Fuck it. Might as well.
  8. If we start Caldwell, we beat ou. I'm dead ass serious about that. If we start Arch it's going to be a long game, and me in the stands with my date, it will be hard to fake a smile and smash later. Pussy ain't fixing my sadness right now.
  9. Zina is going to be really, really good. So it's not surprising, tbh. I like Burke, and he's a dawg, but he's limited athletically at times. But I still love the dude. You know who else I would love to see? Colton Vasek, who is more injury prone than Baxter, which in itself is wild. Don't we have donors who can give him adamantium or something?
  10. Of course. We just need a few teams to lose to the worst teams imaginable, and we happen to be one of those teams. Amazing paradox we have here.
  11. Whatever they're doing with Simmons needs to stop. Pronto.
  12. We are absolutely retarded. Not regarded, but retarded. Our offense can only be described as ineptitude wrapped in 47 chromosomes.
  13. Yes, obviously I get the hyperbole, but on the other hand, you're probably right. We are that bad. I would personally like to see a line of Goosby- Brooks-Robertson-Kibble-Baker. How bad could that be? It certainly can't be any worse than what we've seen. Hutson is an inflatable pussy who gets tossed around more than Riley Reid at a gang bang. He's horrendous.
  14. Which we are, good sir. Right behind Juggernaut Cincinnati
  15. I dare anyone to go take a look at our o-line recruiting and not come away like this:
  16. The loss to Napier was so bad, we literally dropped out of the AP poll #9 to #27 πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
  17. The loss was so bad to Napier we literally fell from #9 to completely out of the AP poll πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
  18. Couldn't agree more. But he's so ego-driven that letting it go will have been done by either CDC, a come to Jesus moment worse than losing to Billy Napier. Think Strong vs Kansas, or him leaving for the NFL and we get to hire Lane Kiffin (kidding. Kind of.)
  19. Shit. I only have a beard. I would love a horse. FOH with that wife shit, though.
  20. Really? I actually don't remember that. Huh. Last year when he got some playing time he looked good, but, uh so did Manning, so...yeah.
  21. 100% true. In this day and age of the portal, transition classes should never exist, and certainly not at a place like Texas. Ever.
  22. I know, I know. Me too, man. But at the end of the day they just beat the shit out of us. Lagway made some absolutely dime passes and his WR's were extremely clutch. He made throws so perfect at times there was nothing our DBs could do. He made one long pass close to the endzone so perfect, and Littleton had perfect technique right on him and the ball was literally centimeters from his fingers and the WR caught it. It was unbelievable. I just sat there and said to myself there was absolutely nothing Littleton could do it was so perfect. We don't even need to get into the offensive shit show.
  23. Just looked at our OL on the roster and it's grim going forward outside of a few like Cruz (hope and fingers crossed), Connor Robertson (hope), Nate Kibble (a for sure hit), Brooks (let's see), Neto (if he doesn't transfer and gets his shit together. Hope. Fingers crossed), Baker (quality snaps already, he'll get better. Not worried), Goosby (stud), Chatman (still young, but promising), Cojoe (hopefully an upgrade at RG on penalties alone). 9. That's grim. Only 2 of which I can definitively say will/have panned out in Goosby, Baker, and Kibble. The others, I don't know. What an absolute shit show. Kyle Flood needs to be fired for negligence, laziness, incompetence, moronity.
