That would be great but will never happen because the roots of the NFL are Sunday games.

I would not mind if they moved the game up and started at 2 or 3 CST however.

    Would be much better.

I can remember Super Bowls in the 70;s during afternoons.

Car looks great but it also looks like it is in a stolen property recovery lot. Hopefully that is just the back of the dealer lot.

Got my 1960 MGA Roadster up past 90mph on 183 north of Luling late one night about 60 years ago.
The little crate was rattling & creaking, and the steering wheel shaking like a stripper with a cockleburr  in her g-string.
So I came to my senses and slowed down to a potentially less disastrous speed.

I got a ticket in mine for doing 84mph uphill..  I was speeding but no way that MGA did 84 uphill

  4. I think I saw that one or a similar one on Bring a Trailer. No idea why you would go to a cut down racing windshield for around town. You could easily have a racing windshield and a normal one. The support arms are held on with two bolts in the fender so it would take 15 minutes to switch.

  5. They are working on putting it back together. The doors are gapped and the fender piping installed. The garage commented what I have said - this blue looks totally different depending on light

  6. I've said it before and it will never happen. Put it the week before the Super Bowl at the same stadium. Football overload. it will never happen because NFL does not want anything near the Super Bowl. But it would be great for fans

Dak can do the "aw shucks" routine all he wants. He knows damn well he isn't worth that money.

To be fair - Almost none of them are.  I think a lot of owners are betting on much larger salary caps 2-3 years out to help cover it. Dallas is really hurting - QB and wide receiver both want bucks. That might be close to 40% of cap a few years out. They can rig the numbers for 1 or 2 years but at some point it has to be paid

Congrats on the championship, Juicy. For months after we got ours in 2005, I would be doing something ordinary like crossing a street or standing in line and the thought of Texas winning the trophy would just make me smile.

    Enjoy it.

Exactly - congrats on getting it. After Auburn got it in 2010 I had the same feelings, just a quick smile. Especially considering how close we came multiple times and how retarded 2004 was. The day after I ran into a big Alabama fan at work and he didn't say a word but just shook my hand.

  9. Man this prep seems odd. I have done the prep at least 7 times. Three for the full knock out and four for a non knocked out version or the barium xray. Clean every time. However I never had any trouble going to sleep. Never a stage 2 at 4 am. Actually had the third full knockout last week. No issues - see you in ten years.

Supposedly Lamborghinis are in Ole Miss' NILs.

Don't know if a joke or true, despite not having any actual Lamborghini dealers in MS.  Closest dealership per the Lamborghini website to MS is Nashville, TN.

Lot's of fun getting to the dealer. Natchez Trace from Mississippi to Nashivle is 50mph. Like 1st gear

Dropped another one from 170 yards this morning for an eagle on a par 5. Saw this one violently disappear but still wasn’t sure until I looked in the hole

I was playing solo, so two balls. “Player 2” in the background drained a 15 footer for birdie on top of the eagle ball

Hell of a match with “Player 1” choking on #9, my final hole for the morning before kickoff

Would have a pretty big impact on my handicap if either score counted (they don’t bc playing two balls isn’t legal)

Where are you playing with those yardages?

I’m still shaking my head.  Just kicked in the balls.

but remember when we did the kicking.  17-16, Bo over top, Marcellus Mostellar fumble or kick six. Granted I have no clue what the defense was supposed to be.  They could have put six guys in end zone and covered everything.

we did Banff many many moons ago maybe 25 years back?, i think in Feb. on just random trip the wife and I took.  number one thing i remember was how fucking cold it was.  i rode the whole time but we were really just doing 1 run off the chair and then straight to the bar to warm up and have a drink.  Then repeat the cycle of freezing our ass off on the lift, skiing down and warm back up.  I am pretty sure we stayed at the Fairmont Banff Springs.  not very helpful i know

Same here about 1990. Skiing was great but it was absolutely freezing. And that was the week before Christmas. Can't imagine January/February.  One thing I do remember and hopefullt they changed it. It seemed like every run ended way below any chairlift. I was in really good shape and got very tired of hiking uphill 50 -100 yards with skiis to get to the lift
