  1. Its going to be really amusing to watch these rats go back to wailing about "local control" or "hands off of my city/local/county government" and scramble to roll back this state level power grab the second it looks like maybe the Legislature will flip to Democrat majorities...
  2. Not a drug guy, but I'm really interested what kind of drugs this Stuart guy is on... But lets be real, if it was actually a reasonable/realistic threat that Disney could fold up shop and move out of Florida, tell me that Abbott and 10-15 other GOP Governors and all kinds of local officials wouldn't be tripping all over their own dicks (rolling in Abbotts case) to get Disney to move to their state and give Disney whatever sweetheart deal they would want a-la Reedy Creek District/Tax Breaks/Mega Corporate Welfare/etc? Disney knows all they gotta do is wait out Meatball Ron and he will be gone, and Mickey will be laughing all the way to the bank.
  3. These are all really good ideas but nothing is going to change until there is a shift at the top and sadly don't think Hot Wheels, or the man who is really stopping most of these things from happening Lt Dan are going anywhere anytime soon. Wheels might try to run for El Prez again but don't see his peen measuring contest with the Florida Meatball or Trump going very well and highly doubtful he wins so will keep rolling around Texas. Lt Dan is more interesting in that I think he wants Wheels job but won't actually challenge him straight up for it because he is a cuck. Until the Lt Dan shaped roadblock is removed in the Texas Senate don't see any sort of positive movement on these state wide issues such as gambling, marijuana, medicaid, any sniff of common sense firearms restrictions, school funding formula, etc. Eventually there will be enough of the olds and rural folk (sorry to resident blue hairs and country bumpkins) being removed from the voter rolls (6 feet under) that the state-wide races will flip and give more state-wide control back to the cities and population centers despite voter suppression efforts in said areas, but flipping individual representatives/senators and local officials will take longer. Just hope by the time these things start to occur and give more encouragement for some more rational voters to show up regularly and vote that it isn't too late. TL;DR: Fuck Abbott and Lt Dan

  8. Would smash....repeatedly. Whoever is calling her fat is just unreasonable (and regarded)
  9. The race to the bottom between DeSantis and Abbott is really quite something isn’t it? Wonder how the Florida greaseball is gonna out do pardoning a freshly convicted murderer??
  10. Would honestly be pretty funny if he ditched budget day to go to the Masters. Highly doubt that though.
  11. Gotta love it when the guy who's pushing all the anti-trans and anti-drag show stuff to "protect the children" is about to get arrested for sexual assault of a staffer who isn't much older than said children...

  15. I like some of Bard's alternate facts....seems quite convinced that last year was much better than it actually was down in San Marcos Prompt: Write a blog post about Texas State Football spring practice 2023 Texas State Football Spring Practice 2023 Texas State football is back in action for spring practice 2023. The Bobcats will hold 15 practices over five weeks as they prepare for the upcoming season. Head coach G.J. Kinne is entering his first season at the helm of the Bobcats. Kinne is a former quarterback who has coached at several schools, including Tulsa, Houston, and Incarnate Word. Texas State is coming off a 7-5 season in 2022. The Bobcats lost to Louisiana in the Sun Belt Championship Game. Kinne has a lot of work to do in spring practice to get the Bobcats ready for the upcoming season. But he is excited about the potential of the team. "I'm really excited about the group of guys we have," Kinne said. "We have a lot of talent and a lot of potential. We just need to put it all together." The Bobcats will open spring practice on March 23. The spring game will be held on April 22. Here are some of the key players to watch in spring practice: Quarterback Brady McBride: McBride is the likely starter at quarterback for the Bobcats. He is a redshirt sophomore who played in six games last season. Running back Jahmir Smith: Smith is the Bobcats' leading returning rusher. He rushed for 900 yards and five touchdowns last season. Wide receiver Tre'Shaun Harrison: Harrison is the Bobcats' leading returning receiver. He caught 50 passes for 700 yards and four touchdowns last season. Defensive end Chris Autman-Bell: Autman-Bell is the Bobcats' leading returning pass rusher. He had 5.5 sacks last season. Linebacker Josiah Monroe: Monroe is the Bobcats' leading returning tackler. He had 100 tackles last season. The Bobcats have a lot of talent and a lot of potential. If they can put it all together, they could have a big season in 2023.

  17. To be fair to 12thMan9, we haven't discovered "Planet Rape" "Planet Cactus Trash" or "Planet Billy Liucci's TexAgs Premium presented by Tractor Supply" yet...
  18. I just wish that fat fuck John Culberson and the NIMBY Karens in Afton Oaks hadn't killed the University rail line in Houston or else id be sitting pretty on a transit line right now riding the rails everywhere..all the H-town sports ball games could have been just a rail ride and a short walk away.
  19. Leach's "Sometimes a Pirate can beat a Solider" an all time post game quote and gigantic middle finger to Aggy, loved it. Always rooted for Leach, but Tech gets all the bad things that they deserve for doing him dirty and running him out of town for CJK5H and his bitch ass kid.
