  1. I see Lincoln Riley found time to start moonlighting as pitmaster at a bbq restaurant in Utah...
  2. I mean if tape was good enough to fix Apollo 13...good enough for Spirit I guess??
  3. Sorry bruh, life/business/conference realignment ain't fair, moose out front should have told ya...
  4. They had better figure out a way to get Pac 12 games shown on electric car chargers if they want anyone to actually watch for more than 5 minutes...
  5. Department of Redundancy Department talk not going away Gotta admit the man has a fascinating career arc tho, tutelage under the evilest of Bills in New England, went and pulled Pedo State out of the gutter, put the Texans into the gutter and lit them on fire, back to school at the Nick Saban school for coaches who don't coach very well, and now full circle back to New England...and that doesn't even cover him working at Brown, Georgia Tech, Maryland, and Duke all before his first stint with the Pats
  6. While I tend to agree that theres not another program in the new look Big 12 that I can see rising to the kind of dominance that OU did in football, or Texas did in money and clout, can see a scenario where the biggest fanbases left in the remaining 8 (Tech and OKST most likely) do grow weary of carrying the weight. Someone has to pull the conference gravy train and it ain't gonna be UH, WVU, TCU, UCF or Baylor, those are all gravy carriages along for the ride.
  7. Based off how conference realignment has been going this time around, I expect this statement is the thing that comes out a few days before the 4 corners schools stat jumping ship and is gonna age even worse than it looks right now. If this statement were a gif:
  8. Them not using this so called wonder grass at that standing OSHA violation of a stadium in Stillwater probably should have tipped off the NFL that they shouldn't slap it down 2 weeks before a Super Bowl...
  9. It's so incredible that for one of those players its nothing but good things, and the other its always a disaster.
  10. Some people are weird/dumb and leave that yellow energy star label on their TV's like the big tag on their mattress that says "Do not remove under penalty of law". Based on all the people flinching/backing up not sure it was staged but if it was at least they put a realistic sized TV on the line not like the cowboys fan in the jorts destroying a tiny 32" TV for clicks...
  11. This man read his script well, that one had to come straight from the top…
  12. The arguably better/more complete team got beat by the best QB on the field tonight, so as much as it pains me due to coat tail riding Tech fan friends who like to forget Mahomes was a 7-5 machine in Lubbock, there is probably something to Pro level Mahomes being in this discussion of NFL greats.
  13. Both these things can be true
  14. Helps when you got NFL refs calling very questionable holding penalties at the end of the game to tip the scales in your favor... *NFL Rigged talk not going away....*
  15. Yeah I might quietly delete that if I was social media manager up in Stilly... just watched the Eagles kicker almost break his ankle slipping on the turf
  16. Made due with an old 2010 MacBook Pro 13" with a huge dent in the lid all the way up till early summer 2020 when I finally bit the bullet due to stimubux and having extra cash from working from home and bought the then newest intel 13" MBP (think its as technically a 2019 model), thing was fine and all but it sounded like a 737 at takeoff power when you opened up anything mildly CPU demanding. Fall rolls around and the M1 chip gets rolled out and after waiting a few months to realize it was the real deal, took a $600 bath trading in the intel MBP on a 13" MBP M1 and its easily been the best tech decision I've made in a very long time. The leap in performance and battery life over what Intel had even in 2020 was unreal.
  17. You happen to have Saturdays powerball numbers too?
  18. Can't tell who 1984 is more applicable to, Aggy or Mormons
  19. As much as I want to see the Bobcats in DKR in 2026 the program would prob be happy with whatever the buyout of that bodybag game contract is...and UT got plenty of money so...
  20. Guess maybe everyone should be flattered that UT (and OU) have media rights that someone has decided are worth fighting for, whereas all the other schools that have left the Big 12 were just told not to let the draft in when they open the door to leave...
  21. From Houston, live in Houston, and while this is broadly true have come across some UH fans/alumni who are truly insufferable in thinking they are gods gift to college athletics. Had the "we want into the Big 12 but they skurred of us" drum beating back since at least the Case Keenum days, if not before. Was rather fun to get to sit in Robertson year after Keenum left and watch Fran and my new to FBS football TXST Bobcats take a big giant dump on the beginning of their 2012 season, which If I remember correctly some UH fan told me pregame they were looking forward to a NY6 Bowl berth that year...oops.
  22. He really must have hated being married to Gisele if he threw that away for 1 pretty crappy last season of football...
