  1. These are the ones we will force into the game, based on formation, personnel, or just scheme, by throwing the ball. Then we will utilize or running concepts out of the same personnel packages. As Snacks sad above, HUNH and RPO you to death. If this how you play then you will get moss'ed up and down the sideline, quality corners or not. 6'5 and 6'4 receivers that have made their season winning 50/50 balls will have their way, or you guys will get called for PI all the way down the field. In reality, you guys do bracket, because you are usually in a two high look, and I guaranty you safeties will have their eyes on CJ and LJH from the snap. We will have to hit plays over the middle in order to force single high looks, so that CJ and LHJ can beat you on the outside... and they will win.
  2. Its more that they never did watch film, and started skewing their rankings based on who showed up to what camp, how they performed etc. It became big business, and subsriptions had to be pushed more than even. Game tape is and always will be the most critical factor in evaluation in the sport, at any level.
  3. He can't stay healthy enough to play. 85% for 2 quarters doesn't help anyone. A hamstring isn't something you can tough out, especially at WR. Further, he could cause long-term damage to the muscle. He is a waste of a roster spot right now. We should look at Kelvin Benjamin or the other WR Buff just cut. I also think we need to carry another OL, there have been two games now where we were on our last reserve OL.
  4. I don't think we will get Coutee back to an effective level this season. I would IR him, and make sure he get 100% healthy for next season. I think he should have been put on the PUP list after his hamstring injury in training camp, he rushed back and has no re-injured himself. I don't see that healing fully this season. I think Foreman should be IR'ed as well. He better take his rehab seriously this off-season or his career may be done before it fully began.
  5. The offense is so hamstrung by the lack WR depth and the OL, it’s really amazing they are competitive at all. If we can have Fuller healthy for a year, and the OL not be complete garbage the offense looks completely different.
  6. I still feel good enough about our D and the ability to force negative plays. Those will kill drives against Georgia, as opposed to the OUs/WVUs of the world. Plus they will go conservative Kent house situations, as is the nature of the SEC and their coaches.
  7. If Georgia is content on keeping six in the box and rushing four, we are going to have to manufacture a running game by any means necessary. If they are reluctant to blitz we will need to have them drop 7 into the box, which will force one on ones, and use our big bodies to win in the play action game. If we cannot piece together a running game our offense will not hold up against their D.
  8. Actually it won't be anything like Murray. We purposely did not rush him, right or wrong, that is a fact. We are pressure the shit out of Fromm, there is no fear of him housing it if the blitz does not get to him. Its not about being "deeper" its about scheme match, and execution. There is not a huge talent gap in our starters, and our defensive skill players are probably as talented or more so than Georgia's offense skill players. Further, our D will not be stressed anything near the likes that they are against OU, OSU, and WV. I am not indicating that we are going to dominate the game defensively, but it is going to be significantly less of a stress test on our defense than what they faced week in and week out in our conference. This will be more like the Missouri game from a defensive perspective. Now, our offense and special teams on the other hand are going to have to come ready play.
  9. If Alabama were to lose again, not likely but if, that would make the third time in the last ten years they have a shot at the MNC without winning their conference.
  10. It’s generally a safe bet to have the exact opposite opinion Satya.... so expand to 16 it is. Still would be the most exclusive playoff in all of football.
  11. A conference championship game is great when their are divisions in a conference, and you don’t play every team each year. The misfortune of 2008 was due to the conference having fucking retarded tie breaker rules, Tech was obviously the team who didn’t belong. With a round robin schedule a CCG is fucking retarded, even if potentially helps us this year.
  12. Please explain 2008 to me and how it relates to the current system?
  13. What’s looming large is Will Grier’s dumbassery.... you cant spot these fucking gooners 14 points
  14. Always catch the ball on turf. Just fair catch it and eliminate the bounce.
  15. No excuses, but K-state didn't have to play us in '03,'04,'07,'08... Good job on scheduling by them. Bad job by CU.

People keep saying this and it doesn’t make it true.... Every team in in the SEC this year is absolute dog shit other than Bama and Georgia, absolute trash. Who the fuck is even in the ACC other than Clemson? They are playing Pitt for the conference and UCF smashes Pitt. The Big 10, Michigan and tOSU, and the rest of the conference is trash. The PAC12, lol.... The Big12, UCF could play with OU/TEX/WVU.... the rest of the conference is trash. If they are such a pushover then it shouldn’t be an issue for any team to play them in the playoffs. As has been stated several times the playoffs need to expand, and it will happen.

First of all, nothing about an SEC schedule is a gauntlet. Secondly, if they played an SEC schedule, they could lose two games and still be in the top 10.

Hurricanes have canceled some of their P5 games as well. Also schedules are made years in advance, teams being strong or not during those years is somewhat up to chance.
  19. I would say in this instance it was the right call. Our OL is/was busted, Watson had been getting pressure all day, and he was turning the ball over. An incomplete pass or a turnover are essentially worst case scenario. I may have actually elected to pooch punt there. Make the backup QB go 45+ yards on the D and make a fg with no timeouts.
  20. Alex Smith broken ankle
  21. I think you are flat wrong on Fournette. The guy can't stay healthy, but when he is on the field he is an absolute monster.
  22. Kerstetter is better at tackle than Okafor, and their difference at guard is negligible. Okafor will play inside and Kerstetter will play outside barring an influx of talent.
  23. There is not a god damn thing that scares me about any team from the big ten. That conference is complete trash. Bama and Clemson are in their own group. Everyone else is beatable/interchangeable.... and with that said Bama hasn’t played a team capable of offense this year.
  24. Tackling isn’t our worst issue. Alignment and “believing what you see” is. Our guy are consistent in their missteps lack of confidence in reading their keys. The amount of times of linebackers are out of position due to false steps is mind blowing. We literally beat West Virginia it McColloch understands situational football. It’s is constant.
