  1. Meanwhile aggy driving to tie the game
  2. What the fuck he threw it to a man who was covered
  3. If this team could kick field goals and catch footballs that were in their receivers' hands they would be tied with us right now. And a fourth and long conversion. USC gonna rape us.
  4. Is Ehlinger cuckolding Herman's wife? Why is he still in?
  5. That was out of bounds, no way a PI
  6. Well I guess it could be worse. FSU losing to Samford almost at halftime.
  7. Well this trip has been great so far. The drive down from Connecticut to DC took a 2 extra hours due to the typical awful I 95 traffic. Then we get to our embassy suites Georgetown almost at midnight with our three young children to what looks like a crime scene, police vans, people in handcuffs, police going up the elevators, my wife absolutely loses her s***. We end up having to go to the Fairmont nearby. No way in hell my wife was going to let us stay there. Having to convince her it's ok to stay there the next 2 nights so I can save $750. Fml
  8. I feel terrible for his kids. They don't deserve this. Dude is really doubling down on his side of the story. On one hand, it is his only option. On the other, crazy bitches do exist who would fake abuse claims and ruin someone's life. I've seen it before. Not saying I believe that story either. But it is possible that both he and his wife are crazy POS's. He seems like a man of poor moral fabric based on all of the other allegations (sex toys, affairs, junk pics) but that would only put him on par with the average shaggy poster. The domestic violence thing is what takes it over the top... but how do we verif it is the truth? If he does go unhinged to the point of suicide or something drastic, it would be a shakespearean tragedy if his side of the story was actually true. All that being said, F tOSU and F Urban sideways, regardless of the truth of his vs. her story.
  9. While I'm disappointed to see TH went to a strip club with the wife beater, how is this material to anything? I assume it's UM's/OSU's attempt to drag him into this but why? Do they believe he was really the whistle blower? And will TH respond to the inevitable questions about it at the next presser?
  10. I know the blue crabs are more of a Maryland/Baltimore thing, but any good restaurants in DC area to get them? Google didn't help much.
  11. So if my wife drops me and my 5 and 7 yo at the game will it be easy for me to get them back to the embassy suites with public transit? Also I just got 45 yd line lower level for less than face.
  12. This whole thing just makes tOSU look even worse. Looks like they're gunning for the most hated team title. Good for them.
  13. Reporter just stated in his question "since Urban knew of the 2009 arrest and still chose to hire him" that was pretty hard ball. Wish camera was on Urbs during that one.
  14. He wishes he knew more. He wishes he was told more. WTF
  15. Yeah it looks like Nintendo got their stuff off of those sites. Anyone here have copies they can send? Or anyone know if RageAHolic is a member here? He probably has some...
  16. So I put this emulator on my fire tv that has Nintendo, snes, Sega, n64, etc I have found sites with decent collections of genesis ROMs but Nintendo apparently cracked down and made it hard to find theirs. If anyone has good sources or a collection they wouldn't mind, um, sharing... info about, of course, is be much obliged. Feel free to PM. I've been having fun playing Altered Beast, Sonic, and Mortal Kombat with the fire tv game controller. Was disappointed that there wasn't an Atari 5200 emulator included.
  17. For the assholes who are taking time to judge without knowing anything, no my wife didn't put her in the fucking pool. She took her floaty off to pack up and leave the pool and turned her back on her for an instant. My daughter somehow got in the pool, don't know if intentionally or not, and was pulled out by the lifeguard not breathing and looking blue, per my wife. CPR was briefly started but she started coughing up water and vomited quickly. Ambulance was called and she was evaluated in the ER and admitted overnight as a precaution. My wife witnessed her being pulled out, and for that instant thought our youngest child was dead. No she did not just stand and watch her drown. My baby was within 10 feet of a spaced out lifeguard according to all nearby accounts. Another mom saw her in the pool and asked the lifeguard if she was OK, and he said he thought she was just swimming (a small for her age 3 year old). Said mom insisted he jump in and get her and he did. They estimate she couldn't have been under more than 2 minutes but it was much less than that per my wife's recollection, but obviously enough time to almost be a much more serious situation. This was around the 3 foot section of the pool. My wife never lets them swim unsupervised and is one of the most cautious moms at the pool. The only time they aren't in floaties (my 3 and 5 yr old) is coming in and walking out, which is likely to change. And my wife is so distraught and guilty about the whole situation she's probably going to need counseling. I didn't post to tell the whole story, I just wanted recs for home pool safety. But there it is.
  18. Background: We live in the northeast and bought a house with a nice pool. Previously we had thought a pool was a no-go with our 3 young kids, but this house was exactly what we wanted and the pool and outdoor entertainment area is really nice. So we aren't moving into this new house for a little while (rent back) but in the meantime my 3 year old daughter just almost drowned at the local pool club this past week right in front of a lifeguard. It was the scariest moment of my life getting the phone call at work. Long story short, she is fine but was taken to the hospital in an ambulance and watched overnight to be sure. My wife is really shaken up (she witnessed it, I didn't) and we are both second guessing this whole pool thing. Luckily, this pool already comes with a very nice automatic cover (aquamatic systems) that when closed has no gaps and can support a 400+lb bear walking on it (happened to a friend). Only way to open it is with a key. There is also a square-shaped adjacent hot tub that doesn't have a cover. We are wondering if we bite the bullet and put an aquamatic cover over this as well. There's a fence around the perimeter of the yard, but nothing that guards the pool from the yard. I'm already planning on looking into another segment of fencing to divide the pool from the rest of the yard. But what other security measures have people here tried? I have read about pool alarms and bracelets for kids. This house is very tech-forward (all pool controls are accessible from a system in the wall that controls everything else in the house like sound, alarms, cameras, etc). I'm thinking about adding some connected outdoor cameras around the pool to detect motion. I haven't yet found a "smart" pool alarm system that I could integrate to the smart home system or with an app on my phone. Also we plan on continuing to make sure our kids are all as good of swimmers as possible (7 yr old is pretty good, 5 year old uses a floaty but is in lessons, and 3 yr old was in lessons already but can't swim a lick, obviously). Wife and I are going to certify for child cpr (re-cert in my case). Any feedback appreciated.
  19. OK I'll bite. We are staying on Georgetown at the Embassy Suites (have 3 kids in tow, needed space and walkable neighborhood for restaurants, etc). Kids are 3, 5 and 7. Getting in late Fri and me and 2 kids are doing the game Saturday. Otherwise staying around Sat afternoon/evening, all day Sunday and probably heading back to NE not too late on Mon. Rec's for must-do with that age group? Air and Space museum is a given. Seeing some of the cool big monuments as well. But what else? Good restaurants to go to with kids that are not far from where we're staying? And also, what is best method for getting to see all the sites with 3 little ones and pushing a stroller? Should we just drive and and park or do public transit?
  20. What's the opinion on getting tickets given the Maryland situation? I'm thinking demand will be low so wait until the week before?
  21. So does this mean I should wait and just try and scalp 3 tickets because no one will want to go?
  22. As a Browns fan who has never watched an episode of Hard Knocks in the past, I'm in. So did they just do it that way for dramatic effect or are they more impressed with Baker than Tyrod at this point? Seemed like they were implying that. Baker handles himself well for being the new guy. I wonder if Johnny 8-ball was the same way at the start of camp. Haley seems to think Jackson's an idiot.
