  1. I know we will host the regionals and the supers but we aren’t crossing the finish line like we’re number 1 that’s for fucking sure. Next weekend in Norman might look like Arkansas the way we’re playing right now.
  2. Our offense is in some serious trouble and not at the best time either.
  3. Today? Try the last 7 sec games. We’ve been dog shit. No idea how we swept aggy.
  4. Looks like what was a bad weekend is now our season unraveling good grief.
  5. It’s the euro style that took over a long time ago. 5 out offenses with a ton of threes was more appealing(supposedly) to the fans than the old 90’s game of dump into the post(Barkley and shaq) and let them slowly back it down trying to get an illegal defense call or taking a shot with 3 seconds in the shot clock. Now it’s all the way down into high school offenses. Pace, Space, and shoot. It can get ugly but so can the slow it down 15 passes to shoot offense I grew up in. At the end of the day I’d say a balance is what is best and a team that’s building their system around their roster so you can see what a good system looks like when it has the right personnel.
  6. Damn Pacers in the drivers seat now.
  7. This series will go 7 games for sure.
  8. No one else responded but I will. I agree with you 100%, I’m sure it’s over reaction(welcome to surly) but Jalen green is supposed to be our star and he averaged 11ppg in 7 games and take away his one great game of 38 points and he’s averaging around 8ppg in the playoffs. For me keeping him hoping he figures it out is a bigger risk than trading him for an upgrade. I’m not down at all for KD and I guess if there’s no one else then keep him but he is not the guy. Everyone else is young but there’s some small moves we could make to improve our roster balance like shooters and not this eastern conference one we have right now. Offense is brutal in the playoffs.
  9. So where does the suns pick fall if it falls where it’s supposed too and we don’t move up in the lottery? 11?
  10. 33 games into the season and we’re about where I thought we would be. I still see a 85-88 win season and maybe making the WC. I mean could we catch fire and push that total over 90? Sure I guess but we’re just not consistently good in all areas. Will we get back Javier or Garcia and will they even pitch to their old level? If we do even get them back and they do then we will be stacked in SP but our biggest issue like last year was scoring runs consistently and that isn’t gonna change much outside of a random hot streak. Hopefully we’re in a good enough position to make some deadline trade to upgrade and make one last realistic run but I doubt it. 10 fucking great years are about over. Or already are.
  11. Sheppard biggest issue is his size. Maybe he will end up something and maybe he won’t. As of now he hasn’t done anything at all except play like a late first round or second round pick. And if he’s great it doesn’t matter what seed we are he would be playing if he’s that good. Ime seems to want to build a east coast defensive, grind it out roster and game plan than getting shooters and scorers.
  12. That’s what I’m saying. Are we just young? Have certain guys hit their ceiling regardless of age and will start regressing? That happens way more than they all develop into stars. Have to have a great gm with balls to pull the trigger on which ones need to go for already established upgrades. personally think Sheppard was a bad pick and he will be a off the bench guy maybe. Not sure how many top 4 picks got zero playing time in the playoffs and ended up a great player? I’d say not many. We have the assets to upgrade the roster but the timing is the key. I wouldn’t want Stones job that’s for sure.
  13. That was such a Houston game 7. They have a guy that scored 0 in game 6 and was averaging under 10 a game since April that drops 33 on 9-11 from downtown hahaha. I mean that’s a Houston game 7 gut punch we’re all used too. We need so much that we’re all giving out 12 different scenarios. We need a leader on the court for sure, and we just got experience so we will see who improves from it and who will do what a lot of nba guys do and that’s stay the same or regress. That’s up to a good GM to see who is still growing and who isn’t and trade them or we will end up like the grizzlies.
  14. And there it is. Can’t keep him down all game and play like shit and from behind.
  15. I’ll be honest, if Houston’s was up 51-39 I’d be nervous we would choke the lead away and now it feels like it will end up a 105-78 loss.
  16. Having no one that can shoot the three ball consistently hurts this team so bad
  17. Damn well we can’t play this bad the second half except curry isn’t gonna be ice cold all game.
  18. Curry has 0 and we’re down 10. Another rockets choke. if this was the young warriors against the vet rockets we would watch them go off and play above their heads against the vet rockets. If it’s the vet warriors they too will win against the young inexperienced rockets. instead of stepping up were fumbling the ball around and can’t make a short shot and the refs aren’t calling shit unless it’s two bullshit travels.
  19. Point blank shots rimming out. Keep getting point blank shots though they’ll start falling.
  20. Refs call a travel then a no call to the warriors hitting shots. You can already see how this game will get called all game.
  21. My sports app says it’s a 4-4 tie but the white sox got the win?
