We are moving to a cashless society. The "gold" economy is extremely small.  The goldbugs know this. They are rightfully pissed off about it. But they have no power to change it.

Experiment - try to book an airline ticket with physical gold. I am sure some pilot would charter a ride for you in a private plane, but what premium would you need to pay in order to use gold.

Gold holds it's value.... until it doesn't.  And that point is usually right when 9mm shells are suddenly trade-able as currency.

Not a single bill has been signed into law yet.

Let's see what happens.

Oh fucking stop with this bullshit. This is not a time for compromises with Republicans. Propose a plan to open up the goddamn faucet and if Congressional GOP and/or Trump balk, pound the fucking table about how they're holding up aid to ordinary Americans to try to leverage some fucking casino bailouts.

Starting to see even some Repubs advocating for temporary household helicopter money, I thought that was only for "socialists"?

Not sure you can possibly ever put that genie back in the bottle once it's out?

The only "helicopter money" we should consider is for households.

well, the republicans have been, at least.  the democrats have saddled themselves with paygo.

Democratic, Inc. has saddled the Democratic Party to pAYgO 🤡 - if the money under consideration helps Main Street.

Fuck Pelosi and fuck anyone saying "let's wait and see what she gets." She's managing to make Trump's response look good and she's going to get him re-elected.

I caught part of a Yang interview on CNN earlier.  He said he's been contact with Trump administration sharing what he knows (studies, etc.) about the issue.

I may have to turn on Fox news or Hannity, this should be some good shit!

Republicans are squeezing Democratic, Inc from the right . . . and now the left.

Great job Centrists. You love losing to Trump.

Without an animating passion, there is no winning.

Yeah, the Dems are fucking terrible at politics. They should be extracting max concessions from Rs right now....They have all the leverage. Tank the economy and win election.
