dinner in san antonio?

I can't think of any place interesting for dinner along the I-35 corridor down to the turnoff for the AT&T Center (assuming you are coming from Austin).  But Toro Kitchen + Bar on E. Commerce is pretty cool.  It's about a 10 to 15 minute car ride west of the AT&T Center, but it's only 3 miles.  At that point though, you have a bunch of other options because you are close to downtown, southtown, the pearl, etc.

You're going to have to be more specific in what you're looking for. AT&T center is downtown-ish so you've got everything in the Pearl close. So if the weather is good you could sit outside at La Gloria. I think their food is okay, but the molcajete is always solid and you can bounce around there and check out Hotel Emma and other goings on if you have some extra time.
