June 26, 20241 yr 12 minutes ago, SameSame said: That is the ballgame. The Rangers offense cannot score 5 runs.
June 26, 20241 yr Goddamn, 83 hanger middle middle. I dare say several of us could have put a barrel on that.
June 26, 20241 yr That dive by Hill was one the worst plays I’ve seen by a major leaguer in quite awhile. He wasn’t even close.
June 26, 20241 yr lose on a grand slam and an inside the park homer. Good to see my Rangers back to normal.
June 27, 20241 yr 13 hours ago, Rex Kramer said: I strongly suspect he’s gone within 7 months I usually leave the room during his AB's. I cant handle the awful approach and him chasing everything. Not sure how he made it this far. There are MANY times he does not look like a baseball player in the OF and on the bases.
June 27, 20241 yr Obviously rooting for a turnaround because last October was fucking amazing and love his exuberance when things are good but yeah, things aren't good. He's been brutal to watch for nearly two months.
June 27, 20241 yr Glanced at the WC standings last night for the first time, it ain’t pretty. Tied with Det, 6 back of the 3rd spot.
June 27, 20241 yr 18 hours ago, Rex Kramer said: I strongly suspect he’s gone within 7 months really? I thought he signed a 2 year deal? hopefully he can revert to his mean at least.
June 27, 20241 yr He’s signed for $9.25M next year, but Rex will have to remind us he ‘knows’ CY. In other news, please fucking mix in a W.
June 28, 20241 yr More stellar news. Quote Josh Jung is conflicted. He wants to be back in the Rangers lineup. He understands he probably won’t be 100%. He isn’t certain, however, what percentage is good enough. After a week of rest and a cortisone injection in his right wrist, Jung will try to swing again on Friday as the Rangers anxiously await his return to an offense that has underperformed all season. It is a “big test,” Jung said. On the verge of returning to the lineup last week, Jung dealt with inflammation in the area where his wrist was shattered by a pitch in April. “My heart wants to be back out there, to help the team, especially when we are in kind of a rut,” Jung said Thursday. “What difference I can make, I don’t know. What percentage I’ll be, I don’t know. That’s where the [inner] conflict comes from.” If batting practice goes well, the Rangers may consider “easing” him back onto the field, by playing him every other day or giving him a day off each series as he continues to build back strength.
