  1. Neither Fox or ESPN has missed an opportunity for a commercial
  2. Ewers will come out for at least the first possession after the half unless he gets hurt.
  3. How about Fuck Yormack chants can we do that
  4. Yeah I had to go shower after that post....I just felt dirty but again fuck the Big12, Yormack and McGuire
  5. I have never rooted for OU in anything but I will make an exception this season against all Big12 opponents in every sport, game or competition. I hope all conference championships are played by Texas and OU this year in every fucking sport. I don't care if its fucking checkers.
  6. I have always rooted for Tech when they were not playing Texas. I always like Spike Dikes and Mike Leach (RIP) when he was there. They would have been my favored team in the Big 12 after Texas left but fuck this McGuire clown.
  7. I’m talking a October 7, 1916 Georgia Tech vs Cumberland style beat down
  8. If I were Sark I would try to hang a hundred on every conference team on the way out. No fucking lube with the ass raping I would try to put on every team. Make it so bad Mike Leach would be embarrassed.
  9. It could be worse…it could be 84 years ago
  10. My favorite is teams and fans doing horns down during games Texas is not playing.
  11. I thought that was the subject of this thread
  12. I was 16 years old and had my drivers license all of six weeks. I was driving a 75 Chevy nova two door. I guy I knew kept running his mouth about how fast his trans am was so I stepped up and challenged him. We went to the highway to race. I happened to get the left lane of a two way feeder road. We were racing to top end no quarter mile shit. We ran for about 3/8 of a mile when a car appeared in my lane. I was ahead so I moved over. Then my right back tire got off the pavement and jerked me side ways. It hit a guardrail on the bridge with the passenger door. That turned me straight and I came off the guard rail nose fest bounced one time end over end and then flipped three and a half times side over side. Car ended up on its top. I climbed out the back window and was standing by the highway before the other guy could get turned around. A few scratches on my arm and hip was all the injuries I had. a few days later I saw my opponent in school. He asked if I knew how fast I was going when I lost it. I told him I no idea. He said he had an auxiliary speedometer on his car that tracked his top speed. His needle was on 136 mph and I was pulling away. That was in Dec of 1981. To this day I don’t know how I survived that wreck.
  13. Yeah Bush was so good that on the biggest play of the game in the biggest game of the year his ass was on the sideline next to Pete Carroll
  14. My mom passed away in Feb. While going through financial paper work in a filing cabinet she had tax returns from the early 80s. Along with cancelled checks from bills she paid in the 70s. 50 year old checks she paid on her Sears credit card.
  15. I want it in CS and for Texas to put an OU 77-0 like beat down on them.
  16. I wouldn't say she would have been safe easily but it would have been a much closer play than it was. From a neutral perspective I'm fine with the call either way. From a former softball umpire perspective I probably make the same call that was made. Right, wrong or indifferent you just hate to see the game of that magnitude end on a call like that. Bottom line is the umpire did everything by the book, had great position to see the obstruction and made a quick decision based on all the information he had. One little nuance not picked up on by most observers is the 1st base umpire made the out call at the plate, the third base umpire made the call at second base and the home umpire was covering third. Without perfect execution of the 3 man rotation that is taught to umpires, the obstruction at third would have never been picked up. My guess is these three umpires are very experienced veterans and had all scenarios covered.
  17. I agree with the obstruction call but the umpire has a decision to make as to whether the obstruction was enough to have prevented the runner from being safe at home. If you watch the plate umpire when the obstruction occurred he raises his left arm parallel to the ground. This is a signal for delayed dead ball, once the play is over the ball is dead. The umpire called it almost immediately although by rule he couldn't kill the play until all play had stopped. The only question I have is if the obstruction was enough to prevent the runner from scoring without the obstruction happening. If that is the case then to run scores, if not the runner is put back at 3rd base. By rule the runner is protected from the liability to be put out between 3rd base and home. However that is a judgement call by the umpire.
  18. I agree. But how many times can you stand to get raw dogged.
  19. Its different because pro golfers are individuals that enter tournaments owned by the league or organization holding the tournament not a team owner as part of the league itself.
  20. Upside would be playing in a tour they built and have control of the business end. Where the tour can no longer fuck them hard core as just happened.
  21. All the current pga/liv players, former pga players and future players should now realize that they are all a circus act. They are the clowns, monkeys, elephants and side show freaks all rolled into one. Each and everyone has been scammed into this 3 ring show. Sure they were well fed and taken care of but they still had to perform for their peanuts. all players should bury the hatchet and band together. Then start a player owned tour. Try to get some former players like Jack or Tiger to join them. Hell ask jack to be the first commissioner. If all the players unite behind the plan it could work.
