  1. Is there anyone here who may know how to get get tickets to a game that is sold out? Was hoping to take the family to the Texas-Sam Houston State game and I can't find shit.
  2. I believe the aggy quote was along the lines of, "Texas will be coming to Kyle in 2025." SEC can make that happen by giving us the game in 2024 and giving aggie another big fuck you at the same time.
  3. All I want now is for Texas to get the 2024 home game against aggy so they can cry like little bitches!
  4. Just need to hire Kevin Costner as GM and he'll get it done while also trading back into the 1st round to grab the best RB in the draft. Mr. Bijan Robinson! I mean it worked for me on Madden so...
  5. At the game and it's cold as shit and hella windy! Passing is going to be ass..
  6. Oh I wouldn't worry about them hiring a competent OC. I mean who the hell would go there knowing that Jimbo will be undermining every decision that he makes? There is absolutely zero chance that he gives up playcalling and allows someone to take over. His ego just won't allow that to happen and he doesn't have any incentive to do so with that ridiculous contract.
  7. Ewers needs to get his shit together and throw a fucking catchable ball.
  8. So where are they getting these monetary figures from? I was under the impression that the buyout would decrease each year and that we wouldn't owe anything if we left in 2025?
  9. I can actually stand on my left leg without pain so we made a mark on the wall. One with me standing on my right leg and one with me standing on my left leg and then measured the difference. I have my follow-up on the morning so we'll see what they have to say. I have had issues with my right hip, but I don't believe that we are anywhere close to the point of replacement though. Thank you for the reply. Hopefully we get some sort of good news tomorrow
  10. So I've got a bit of an issue that I'm hoping someone can help me with. I'm 44 and I've undergone 5 surgeries in the last 22 months resulting in 2 partial shoulder replacements and now a total hip replacement. My issue is that my new hip has now caused that leg to be 3/4" longer than my right leg. I just had the surgery this past Monday and have a follow-up on October 6, but I'm wondering at my options going forward. I have talked to the Dr's PA and she said that they will look at everything then. I first had surgery on my left hip in Nov. 3, 2020 and then my right hip was also repaired Dec. 16, 2020. All of my issues have been the result of arthritis with a labrum tear and bone spurs thrown in there. My internet research appears to show corrective surgery or elevator shoes as my only options. Anyone have any thoughts or experience with either? I had my surgery in Houston with what I was told was a guy that is often used to correct others mistakes. My 4 previous procedures have all gone well, albeit with different surgeons.
  11. So I saw a Facebook post last week in which a small school was celebrating one of their players signing an NIL deal that paid a charity for his stat accumulation. I don't remember the figure, but it was to the tune of $25 per tackle and $50 per sack or something along those lines. Isn't that illegal under the current rules?
  12. They sure are missing Banks this year. I just left the game and they are in serious need of a consistent push up front.
  13. After listening to Bjork run his mouth I would love for Texas and OU to enter the SEC in 2024 and have the first game in Austin just to fuck with aggy.
  14. Lol. I don't hate Banks. I think he's gong to be a great player for us. I just don't believe he's ready to take over the most important position along the offensive line.
  15. Those of you predicting Banks to just walk in the door and lock down the LT spot may need to pump your brakes a bit. After watching 4 of his games in person this year I would say that I feel confident that he could handle the RT spot fairly well to start the season, and then move to LT the following season. But I'm just another know nothing asshole so we'll see how it all plays out. I'd love to be wrong though, and pursuing Mims is a good call in my opinion.
  16. So if I read that right, aggy said the coaching staff can't get involved because of the arrest? Which they then use to explain away why nobody called BEFORE he was arrested? Seems like they are just covering for the potential cover-up.
  17. I know that most folks on here have Banks penciled in as a day one starter, but I just don't see it. I watched 3 of his games this year and he never really dominated in any of them. Didn't work up to the next level much and seemed out of shape. I thought Dewberry looked much better in the games I saw, but I don't know shit and am probably wrong. Carry on.
